If the company and APA want the West to have a seat, they will have a seat.

Who's going to stop them?

USAPA after it's gone?

USAPA will not have a seat, an APA  East and West MC will.
Who will stop them you ask? Simple. The NMB
And the Wilders.

That should scare the crap out of any pilot group going into a seniority integration with the APA. The East and the West should worry about this if the APA were to get their way. And the West is OK with this?

It boggles the mind that any could now be even the least bit secure with their current fantasies of just what the APA supposedly has in mind for them, with undoubtedly, tender loving care to boot, especially with plentiful history to the contrary for ready reference.

"And the West is OK with this?" Apparently not only OK, but amazingly, even downright joyous at the very thought. The APA seeks to marginalize or completely eliminate an existing CBA's influence entirely, yet west posters somehow fantasize the same marginalization and worse isn't intended towards them? Why?...For what even conceivably POSSIBLE reason(s)? Because the APA has a secret, schoolyard "crush" on self-styled "spartans"? 😉 That's truly some astoundingly unbelievable "logic" all right.  Whew! "Stupid is as stupid does" forcefully comes to mind there...Oh well.

The arbitrators will lock the door. No east, west, or APA pilot allowed, unless of course one of them brings chicken.

Your fear of a fair arbitration process is noted. 😀

Unbelievable. Was there even an arbitration with SouthWest and AirTran? With American and TWA? How can anyone now pretend to know what the APA has in mind to actually do?

Read APA's response to USAPA's court filing.

Very enlighenting.
Yes, it will be very enlightening to hear the APAs' interpretation of what they can and cannot do. Particularly when Bill Wilder pretty much authored the rules they are trying to interpret to their advantage.
Interesting, and the entire legislative package came about because of American Airlines employees misconduct.
Going to be mighty interesting when they try and tell Wilder what he was thinking.

Do tell us all about this "certified class of litigants"....... What litigation are you involved in?  Is it necessary to have a lawsuit in order to be a litigant?

What you are is OUT OF ANOTHER $675.

This will be in the courts for years to come. Exactly what Parker wants.
