. Waiting for an answer.

It doesn't matter how much you beg APA is not going to make our NB pilots senior to their WB pilots regardless of how many "nice protections" you promise.

Again with the begging, that's fine also if they want to hand over a large portion of their wide bodys to us, it's not what Mach85er would want but who knows what an arbitrator do. You and your westies have lost face it and get over it.

The arbitrator is to do the same thing Nicolau did and protect the WB flying by putting it at the top of seniority list.

Clueless as always, you have no idea what the arbitrator will do, nor do I, it's a gamble, again if Wilson wants to gamble the careers of the APA pilots so be it.

Your fear of losing another arbitration is understandable but I doubt Wilson or APA pilots share it.

Here we go, back to the 9th. Courtesy of Leonidas. Again.
Good.  Now the 9th will get  a chance to set Judge Silver straight in regards to her comments about representation.  I wondered how USAPA was going to get this done, since you really can't appeal a win.  This is actually great news for USAPA.

I totally agree. The clerks are going to spank Leonidas, Silver and the company. There will be no doubt after this. Pay close attention APA pilots.
Metroyet and company are going to get their doors blown off when the clerks get done with this one.
There will be no question about Silver and her musings.

Wilson is going to get educated about what an awesome job USAPA has done fending off the west with labor law. They are going to see what lies ahead if you don't get it like the West legal team and company did not. So far the APA is not very impressive.
That is unless the 9th kicks it right out.

All I can say is you remain the buffoon of the board. Hey, why don't you go buy one of those 675 dollar ties. Send them some money for their useless appeal.

You still don't get it. No no one "loses" an arbitration... by definition an arbitration is "fair and equitable".  😀

One can give away a contract that provides for the implementation of an arbitration award, but they cannot lose it.

No one will "lose" M/B arbitration.  The MOU parties will agree on a new SLI, or the courts and MB will eventually result in a fair and equitable outcome (by definition) and in the meantime the status quo continues (and is indeed fair, as the courts have ruled).
