Yep...it only took one business day after Judge Silver's ruling for the APA to file for SCS.

So, no usapa at the SLI per Silver.


Oh, somebody wanted a prediction from me...I have two.

First, my posting here has declined greatly since the merger, soon it will be very infrequent...after all my name is Nic4us not Nic4AAL.

Second, the east will wish they had the Nic going into this deal, and the POS usapa supporters of the last 6 years will be labeled SCAB for the remainder of their career.

Hey, actually I have more...that April bid you SCABs have been bragging about...take a look in a week or so!

Oh, and the 190 and 757 seat the West is owed from prior arbitrations...we are collecting and being placed in LCC pilot seniority order...I.e. The Nic.

You can have all the 190s you want.  The 757s are going away, so as far as I'm concerned, you can have those too.
