I don't think you fully believe all that K. You're just as concerned as most of are at the quick filing by the APA.

Indeed. No other possible explanation exists than they've just been waiting for the first chance to build nic/"spartan"-worshipping monuments at every hub, and ensure that punks like "you'se" will be placed senior to a vast host of their own. What other explanation's even possible!? Sigh!...Just even TRY to someday grow up!..or at all even learn to THINK, both being a huge reach, I understand. 😉

The MOU required ASAP after POR but no later than 4 months from POR. It's already been more than 1 month.

Exactly, plus to work towards quelling even the slightest, even possible unrest over their obviously becoming the overall bargaining agent, but we shouldn't unduly disturb any "spartan" fantasies about them being the true center of the entire universe, or even insinuate that APA's not losing sleep every night, just fretting themselves senseless over how to best help westies in their noble quest. 🙂

Because it's moot to them. The combined list will be rationed and it doesn't matter who is in what spot on our list. And they'll use a list that has the least chance of exposing them to a lawsuit.

Yes, that's correct.  USAPA has slammed the west in court at every turn.  If the whack-a-doodle westicles want to spend yet more money to get slammed again, what could go wrong?  Really.
