Diapers? That's pretty funny considering I and others from my generation hold an AARP card. Using your logic it's OK to have Charlotte rep, Courtney (genX) otherwise known as Flounder, hired in 1999 career lasting until 2002 displace an actively flying pilot of the acquiring airline.
I've got news for you, the arbitrator and pilot neutrals heard your arguments and rejected them. Where's that DOH list I keep hearing about? What was it 6 months to DOH and an industry leading contract?
That's right up there with Leonidas being bankrupt and USAPA being around more than a few months from now.
Dream on pal, dream on.....

It's about as equal to a guy getting hired at US in '99. Furloughed in '02. Hired at AWA end of '03. And ending up mixed in te middle if 1985 hires at US, senior to MR D.C. So yes he was put ahead of guys never furloughed

Oh, I guess you didn't hear the latest news.  A judge in Phoenix TWICE heard your arguments and rejected them.  Where's that Nic I keep hearing about?  Oh, yes.  A nullity.

Once again, for the umpteenth time. Nicolau and pilot neutrals heard your arguments.

How about leaving arbitration to the professionals.

Get a clue.

If you are so confident about your "win" why have we not seen a DOH list?

What's keeping you from presenting it for the past 5 years or so?

I agree, US was a total basket case. Everyone saw it for what is was worth- even Nicolau.
Btw- 2003 hires were not placed with 1985 hires. I know you are a bitter furloughee and can't stand the fact Usapa is just about dead, seeing you have to lie about such simple matters as this makes the rest of us west pilots smile and laugh. And the best part for us- it only gets better!
Wait until next the next 300 captain bids go to west pilots- holy $hit you clowns are going to go postal!! Now that's when the real fun begins.

Oh, remember to be a "good union pilot" 😀

Why so hostile then? Why assume anyone else is bitter, especially nowadays? I'd think the smiling and laughing would prevent that...? 🙂

Meaning hostile and bitter?...Or too busy smiling and laughing? It's difficult to see it both ways, but then "you'se" folk do indeed offer up an odd lot. 😉 No matter really.

I always smile when I see somebody with a barbell in their nose and their earlobes stretched to a point where an Oreo cookie can fit.

I walk away and chuckle thinking you really know stupid you look?

Looks aren't always a measure of intelligence...
The Oreo cookies cost less than a cactus 18 pin.

Wonder where the April bid is?

It's posted.  Over 30, 76/75 F/O slots are going to new hires!  Lots of very junior little A/B Captains.  Interesting.
