Sheesh!...That's NUTHIN'....I was even consdering a fresh issuance of "dire wolf", "Integrity Matters", or even better yet: Sponge Bob T-shirts! What "spartan"..umm..."soldier" wouldn't love one of those? 😉 Hey!...If we're at all trying to make "peace" here...it's appropriate to properly play to the "intellectual" and "emotional"...err..."maturity" levels of those we seek such with. 🙂

I gave even attempting to "talk" to the most assinine of these hopelessly infantile "spartan" azzwipes up years ago...and NEVER found so much as even ONE that wasn't so utterly chickensh-t as to not even so much as ever accept recreational flying wagers....Pretty weird behavior for supposed "Pilots", and nothing like I'd ever before seen, or even imagined possible, but no matter, I suppose. Nowadays?...I wouldn't so much as wipe dog-crap-saturated shoe soles off on such infantile, self-styled "spartan" idiots....Ever...Period.

So I have been on this forum from almost the very beginning of this whole debacle. We went from bending over backwards to accommodate the West pilots. I know for a FACT I tried several times to call many of the West pilots to get them to work with us. I was civil on this web board up and until the few, the feeble and the violent took control of AOL and here with lame arguments and lax oversight.

Res Judicata, Nic4US, clear, prechill and last but not least Metroyet has tried to demean and derrogatize us in any way shape or form imaginable. They threatened their own with "blanket parties" if they didn't tow the line with payments and allegiance to the AOL cause.

I for one am willing to put the barbs aside and move back to the reasonable. While that always makes logical sense I am extremely skeptical and distrustful of the outright lies and legal "opinions" coming from AOL, especially from this latest judges order.

While the facts speak for themselves the reality is that until many more "Mitch Vasins" come forward and remove the "insane" from the sanity I fear even more money for a losing.....yes, a LOSING CAUSE FOR WEST PILOTS, adding salt to an already GAPING WOUND that will never heal without acceptance.

If the West BPR reps and the pilots they work with in the office like Koontz, Holmes, Caliveri, Plapp and Stravers don't lead the way and resign from AOL then consider the minor skirmishes that come forth past this point and will only serve to never bring even some semblance of a future for the common good of ALL the West pilots back to the future.

Until I see AOL dissolved I will relentlessly continue to respond to their advocacy with disdain and inferiority.

It's your choice West pilots. What say you?

"It's your choice West pilots. What say you?" You've more recent and earnest concern there than myself. The best I could nowadays offer is WHO CARES about the west's, supposed "pilots"? Perhaps they'd have fared better in my estimation, by at least trying to properly even impersonate "pilots", rather than equally pretended "spartans". 🙂

Before everyone gets too smug about it, they had better read the verdict. There is enough peril going forward to make anyone wonder what round three looks like. USAPA now has a duty to craft a list, form a consensus, negotiate with the West pilots....whatever is necessary to represent the pilot group as a whole. Base protections, seat protections and access to growth are a start IMO.

Judge Silver tried to carry the West as far as she could. She screwed the entire process up for the West by allowing it to even get as far as it went. Her legal warnings mean little.
The entire mess was also carried by Harper and Leonidas lawyers.
Bottom line- how do you sue someone for damage before it ever happened? The simple test for harm. Try suing someone for damages for a traffic accident before it happens, if it happens. See how far you go.
Yet Judge Silver showed her ignorance like Wake, and she was warned she had the same coming. She feigned as did the company, and USAPA did not blink. That is why she caved. She was about to be personally embarassed.
USAPA is on firm ground. The West is represented in all staff positions. They simply do not have the numbers to get their wish of domination and screwing our junior guys. Putting 17 yr non furloughed with new hires got them exactly where they are today. Too bad. They don't have the numbers. Then they get what the majority votes. Look at SWA and AirTran. DOH is much better than TWA ,Air Cal,Empire, and others.

Absolutely.  She was a politician dressed in a black robe up to the very last minute (of both trials, the DJ and Addington II).
 
Just like Judge Wake, Judge Silver implicitly assumed the Plaitiff's claim that USAPA had an obligation to use the Nic...  Judge Silver was just bold enough to state her assumption plainly. 
 
No court has ever provided any proof that USAPA indeed has an obligation to use the Nic. Never.  And now that the 2005 TA is a nullity, all new donations to the AOL founders are just gravy.
