[SIZE=10pt]I've had a little catching up to do and read that other forum. It looks like Usapians are not getting much sympathy from pilots outside of US Trailways.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]The judge ruled but she made it clear USAPA disgusted her. I think most in our profession are also disgusted with USAPA and their dishonorable behavior. An honorable person abides by their agreement. Although the East pilots are not scabs, they are a new form of pond scum in this profession that deserve our disdain[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]My position is as a airline pilot and union member. The east agreed to a process, didn't like the results and used mob rules to get what they wanted, or at least not what was the final ruling. I went thru a merger myself(NWA), didn't like the results as I'm sure many on the Delta side didn't. However, we (NWA & Delta) accepted the award and went forward with the results like professionals and adults. I have a feeling the east pilots would be doing just like the west has if the tables had been turned. Outside of your own group(east) I am pretty certain that the rest of the profession looks down on you. [/SIZE]

You guys have given up tens of thousands of dollars worth of raises!!! I'm a 75/76 FO and I make more than your A320 Captains. I think that not giving the west a seat at the table greatly reduces the chance of this going to arbitration.  Both of these pilot groups have been seriously bitten by it in the past.

 
When has APA been seriously bitten by arbitration? 
 
Other than Southwest Airtran (where the stronger group with the company on their side imposed their will on the smaller weaker group) when is the last time a SLI has not gone to arbitration?

Here comes another wack job in total denial. Let's do the math now on what west senior pilots are being denied by Mark C Doyal and the other slick incompetent west lawyers. $236.06 an hour left seat 330. That is easily 250k a year the west captains have been denied by Marty and Leonidas cadre. Add the PBGC, and many are touching 300k a year now.
Massive upgrades on the east side. The 190 ranks will be moving to narrow body airbus and large raises. Nobody should be in any hurry anywhere east to go near the west or AA.
Leonidas, led by the incompetent west lawyers never saw this coming. They are in the hurt locker for a long, long time.
Mark lied to the FBI, he is continuing his long life of lies to his fellow pilots.
