I agree with you 100%.  It is indicative the dysfunctional diatribe demonstrated by DCA319 SHOULD BE OF GRAVE CONCERN.  Because when the West DOESN'T GET THEIR WAY no matter what the reasoning and logic and THE LAW comes forward DCA319 and his kind just LOVE to hide behind their anonymity on the web boards to demonstrate their totally inept reasoning.

In essence; MB's completely discarded and the APA negotiates with themselves? Umm..OK.
