Relax Easties. When the APA becomes your new CBA here in very short order they can do whatever they want inside of the DFR they owe you. Now. Maybe they have an LUP for stapling you. You won't know if that staple job is an actual DFR for up to a decade AFTER they stapled you however. See, you don't want to upset the "sanctity" of your unions sole right to represent you. There have been several recent court cases that are highly similar to what the APA is probably going to do to you. It's well established now that they can do whatever they want and it's only after the bullet enters your head do you know if you've actually been shot or not. Of course you'll have to fund this decade of litigation yourselves.
The APA can easily argue that they got you this MOU. No doubt they did. There's their LUP for Stapling the US Air pilots. Perhaps the MOU should have required the list to be completed before a new CBA was elected? Perhaps You've been played from the beginning. Sure looks like it.

Uhhh, that would be "We" were played.... You do work for usairways, dont you?
Sooo, any drama you dream up my young friend, is for us for us both.....

Sure Tony! I just passed a couple bars too!

Which one did "you'se" finally settle into tonight? 😉 No worries pre; I don't actually believe the "seven kids", or really anything else about "you'se", save the monumental stupidity so clearly and unavoidably evidenced by your/any given "spartan's" postings over the years, for which "you'se" collectively, will always have my proper sympathy.

I'd offer my usually generous notions to help "you'se" righteous cause, but what I'm faced with is: "The server at leonidas.cactuspilots.us is taking too long to respond..Which must be from the flood of recent and ongoing donations...? 😉

It's come back up, so allow me to further assist any sad "spartans": http://cactuspilot.com/ 🙂

I see an immediate "minus vote" from the above, so please, mighty "spartans", for "you'se" own noble sake!...Don't hesitate to "Click to Donate"!!! Again: "Click to Donate": http://leonidas.cactuspilots.us/Contributions/Leonidas_Contributions_OCT13.html

The very least I could do is offer support to a truly noble cause. 🙂

As you might have seen, the breakdown of the Recall election results by domicile has been published. So sad only 709 West pilots thought it important enough to vote. Only 68 more yes votes, and Hummel would have been recalled!

It's luvthe9's fault.

He didn't use enough exclamation marks in his posts.

You're a hopeless moron "trader"/"LT Hardy"/infantile and wholly untested fantasies of supposed "Honor"/whatever. Were that not the obvious case?..You would be making a comfortable living being even any semblance of a supposed Trader, just sayin...Were you EVER some grand, "Honor" suffused "patriot" and "conservative"?...well...you could've at least joined the Cub Scouts. You and the equally pathetic likes of snapthis/cactusboy53/mighty "spartans" are all of an utterly disgusting, self-obsessed and childish kind. It's not any universal problem that you can't make your life actually work.  Whatever your perverse fantasies to the contrary?...Well...It's really not our collective, mutual problem that you're clearly just too stupid and/or spineless to even make even your own life any semblance of a successful endeavor, much less a wonderful adventure. No matter, I suppose, and purely listed under your personal problems. Give chippy a kiss for all of us. 🙂

Interesting conundrum. In Silver's decision, the one USAPA is gushing over, she states that USAPA disappears once APA comes in. The APA agrees. USAPA is not included in SLI because the company and APA have a Judges decision backing them - the one USAPA never appealed.

What to do?
What to do?

Nothing.

There is no "judge's decision" backing that circumstance.  Read the ORDER.  Where in the ORDER does Silver say that?  She shows everyone through her dicta her ignorance of the M-B process, but she never ORDERED anything even approaching what you are contending here.

Need to do nothing.

Wow! What highly "intelligent" and truly compelling "logical" and legal "arguments" are offered up there! Why not just stick with "you'se" west Rep cactusboy53's mighty "This is sparta!"...? I simply can't imagine that "Click to Donate" activity's not both inspired by all such and nowadays even at an all time high!...No? Oh well, no matter, since who could ever doubt such sage "leadership"? Keep up the good work! 😉

P.S. I'd unwisely, not taken earlier opportunities for "Integrity Matters" T-shirt concessions in PHX/"sparta", and I'm now only wondering if offering "you'se" folks some custom-fitted/APA-emblazoned, "My spartan Savior" knee pads might now be a profitable (if short-lived) enterprise?...? 🙂

I'm sitting here trying to make sense of your post while reading the news about the death of Hiroo Onada who passed away yesterday. I remember first hearing of him in high school, the last Japanese soldier from WWII to surrender in 1974 after hiding out in the jungle for decades.

"When American forces landed on Feb. 28, 1945, and the last Japanese fled or were killed, Maj. Yoshimi Taniguchi gave Lieutenant Onoda his final orders, to stand and fight. “It may take three years, it may take five, but whatever happens we’ll come back for you,” the major promised.

The last holdout, Lieutenant Onoda, officially declared dead in 1959, was found by Norio Suzuki, a student searching for him, in 1974. The lieutenant rejected Mr. Suzuki’s pleas to go home, insisting he was still awaiting orders.

Twenty-nine years later, the retired major, by then a bookseller, returned to Lubang at Tokyo’s request to fulfill his promise. Japan had lost the war, he said, and the lieutenant was relieved of duty. The ragged soldier saluted and wept."

I picture you as one of the last USAPA holdouts and long after the APA has taken over and US Airways and it's offspring, USAPA, is dead and buried, you'll be muttering to yourself over a cocktail of your glory days.

You can be the Hiroo. A legend in your own mind.

Cheers, glug, glug glug  🙂

Some of YOU west morons consistently talk about the demise of USAPA like its some kind of "victory" for you idiots, and that the loss of USAPA will be grievously mourned on the east.  It won't.  USAPA has served its purpose, and will continue to do so until the SLI is complete.  It will then retire into history, and the APA will be welcomed by the east as its sole bargaining agent.

You can jump with glee all you want about USAPA's demise.  It accomplished its job with aplomb, and now that the job is successfully done, WE DON'T CARE!

Yousapa won't decide Jack for West pilots when it comes to SLI.

We are planning a going away party for the Dolts on Woodlawn. First song on the  playlist...

The Homo Usapians are primitive knuckle- dragging creatures. Their undeveloped lobes do not allow for much cognitive thought, hence their difficulties understanding the world is changing.

Truer words have never been spoken about USAPA's so-called "demise".  West pilot "Hiroo Onada wannabes" will be living in the superstition mountains East of PHX still "fighting on".  Superstition.....what an apropos name.
