The West pilots will be more than happy to assist our union with those efforts.
USAPA can continue being.......USAPA
Yes they can. Pretty much destroying every suit you bring...

The lack of integrity is appalling. SNAPTHIS on a routine basis uses partial quotes out of context.
Res Judicata is a proven liar.
Ferguson and Koontz are slick ambulance chasers working for Marty Harper.
Harper and Jacobs. The slimiest of the bunch. Shoveling millions. Unripe case after another.

Well...at least we agree on something. Lack of integrity. Cleary is the poster child.

How is #1310 out of context?

It's pretty clear the APA disagrees with USAPA.

Now THERE'S a TOTAL shock!!! None out east EVER expected anything but perfect harmony during this process! Heck!..."You'se" would almost have to imagine they're actually trying to advance their own best interests!...Which necessarily include elevating your entire group to left seats immediately, of course. Sigh! Truly; one simply can't make this degree of naive "innocence" up.

They post Silvers dicta but they tell everyone what they're going to do....establish a protocol agreement with American and USAPA. They disagree with USAPA that they can't file single carrier status and get it in the future....sometime. That doesn't mean they agree with Silver either.

Have you even bothered to understand the issues here?

But....I signed off permanently a few days ago but I did forget one thing.  Will one of you Westies please tell what's his name that he is no longer 1500 numbers senior to himself !!!!!!!

And yo.... Res......it ain't personal, just business!!

You sigh a lot. Sleep it off.

Anyway, the arbitrator heard the arguments. There is no way that a pilot hired in...let's use Courtney as an example of the opportunists who were hired in 1999 furloughed 2 or 3 years later logged about 5 years on furlough will never be allowed to displace an actively flying pilot of the acquiring airline.

Much like AA, we don't/didn't need US Airways to survive.

The sooner you figure that out the better.

I think not, as once again; you evidence not so much as being at all possessive of even the slightest clue. I feel it best to properly just note and stick with the astonishingly naive "innocence" routinely evidenced by your ramblings, but feel free to "go all spartan" at your pleasure. 😉
You make a lot more sense at the Water Cooler. Over here, it's a keg party.

Red Solo Cup.

😉

More compelling legal arguments couldn't be found anywhere. "You'se" should now have your nic by next week, at the very latest! Seriously though: is AOL really asking people for $10,000 donations nowadays?...Or is that just entirely ridiculous, internet rumour?  Well...No matter really. Well...Leonidas will survive longer than USAPA.

Where does that leave you?

A good union pilot with the APA?

Pat on head.

Quit living in the past. 2005 was a long time ago. You have no claim to anything under ALPA.
It is a new day, a new way. Get in line Junebug.

Me living in the past? It's your group living in the past who want West pilots to pay for your failed career expectations in 2005.

Ain't that the truth! The clown union will be gone soon, maybe even les than 90 days. Then comes the dissolution of the committees
No more wasted $$$ on the pension "investigation"
No grievance granny sucking off FPL
The majority is the new minority
One accepted seniority list
No more vans by the river
No more delays

Welcome to the APA

Remember, be good union pilots! 😀

(Chuckles to self...This is just being made WAY too easy) Umm...and exactly how did those "failed career expectations in 2005" actually work out for contemporary east folks?...You know; outside of "spartan" Fantasyland, and within any context of the Real World and all...? 😉

"It's your group living in the past...." No doubt, if "you'se" say so. 🙂

P.S. The argument might be a tad bit more compeling were you not referencing 2005, just sayin'.....

Hi east SCABs

Hey..if you are gonna quote the APA update...try to actually use quotes and the same language/sentence whatever...old Eof A misquoted very badly.

What the update says is they "will continue to persue negotiations".....does not say anything in there about,,, in EofA's words,, "establish" a protocol agreement.

bye bye SCAB union, there is a new CBA coming to town who is probably willing to "negotiate" with you right up to the point you get evicted from the company.

but...but...but...Nic4us...there is a timeline that says within 30 days...yeah, I know..and that timeline has altready been extended.

Who wants to bet that extension gets exteded once we get a feel for the NMBs SCS determination?

I am only taking bets from West pilots, or pilots or employees of other airlines...already know not to enter any agreement, contract, wager with an east SCAB.
