You are right. New hire to left seat at American. Pretty nice. Good for them.

AB330 in PHL down to Feb 2012.
Perhaps the new hires should donate to Ferggie and Koontz to help perpetuate the fruitless lawsuits, and keep seperate ops... Nah, no need, no West pilot would ever commute to PHL.
Yes, and all these kids see the true value of separate ops for years. They get it.

In that case I counsel you to step away from the keyboard.

32 open slots on the 767 (CLT and PHL) will go to new hires...

Junior A-330 FO is a Feb 2012 hire...

Looks like the junior 190 Captain is a 2013 new hire...
Prechillil, did not see you on that CLT list. Where are you?

Get some more of that weight off and you'll see an improvement.

Watch those banana peels  😉
Nice job preserving west jobs.( sarcasm)
Senior west pilots would be much better DOH now. They know it.
Ferguson and Koontz took your money and their new hire fantasy cost most west pilots huge. Look at Dave O Dell. Your exhibit just bit you in your a$$.
How long until the voices of reason emerge in PHX? Perhaps two or more bids will hammer reality home. They will make it unbelievably painful to continue with Marty.

Not sure how the contract reads, but at the old Piedmont, the contract said that getting a captain bid and qualifying for it ends any probationary period.

No problem.  Unfilled positions after the bid closes go to new hires, that's how it works.

I'm also not sure how the contract reads, but the 'MOF' reads exactly like what you said the old Piedmont contract said.  During indoc that thought used to always get a chuckle - "yeah, right"...I guess not anymore.

The west group reacted again just like when Silver pulled the rug out.
Those bid results are absolutely stunning.

The bids to come should be pretty nice for us also. The west has to be going crazy, especially the senior pilots being held back by the little AFO club of pretend lawyers.

I always knew that at a certain point in time DOH would look good to the west. Humm...
New hires to the international wide bodies, I think in a arbitration they would go senior to all the west F/Os. Wouldn't want a 2005 hire taking a new hires job. What goes around comes..........

As of the POR (Dec. 9th, 2013), the probation period on this property is the lessor of 12 months or 400 hours actually flown. I'm not sure of the actual seniority date of the junior 190 Captains as the latest seniority list from the company (Dated Jan. 2013) doesn't have them on it... But I think it's safe to say they probably have their 400 hrs... Just a guess...
