Sorry, but I don't think that is going to happen.  The SLI won't have fences up between the former USAirways pilot groups.  Former US pilots may well be fenced from AA stuff, and vice versa.  But when the SLI is implemented along with the JCBA (and not before), there really will not be any "east" an "west."  Depending on where the SLI falls out, PHX based pilots would be able to bid to the former east bases, but only in their new SLI seniority.
 
Anything else would surely bring on another DFR, Judge Silver would rule against USAPA, or its remnants) and, FWIW, I would agree with her.  Post-SLI there MAY be fences and restrictions between two groups, not among three.

As evidenced in the recent update, the west seems to be out of ideas.  They're down to sending threatening emails to try to get what they want.  Seems clear that no one is buying it.

Yes, a west poser who went ex pat for a while. Went from america west to UAL, furloughed to ex pat. He got slammed at UAL on the bottom. He just took recall west. That is your boy, 767Jetzz. Integrity at its finest.
