Reykjavik, maybe?

Look around you, the company is already making changes in Charlotte and we won't need a union on Woodlawn.

😉
The only thing we know for sure it that it won't be flown by a westie.

I don't know of any East pilots that feel sorry for you guys.  You idiots ruined that goodwill years ago.
ALPA MEC for the East pilots warned you years ago the consequences of throwing our union off the property and now you have to live with the consequences.

Case 2:08-cv-01728-NVW Document 27 Filed 12/05/2008
This is MEC Chairman Jack Stephan with a Chairman’s message to the pilots for
Tuesday, April 15th.
The protections from an unaltered Nicolau Award that each and every AAA pilot enjoys today will simply go away should USAPA prevail. If seniority really does matter, you may want to give your vote serious consideration. I also have to mention that USAPA hasn’t found any America West pilots who are willing to step forward and represent the pilots in PHX and LAS. Maybe PHX and LAS being without representation doesn't alarm you, because we're East-based pilots. But this sets up a troubling situation that could quickly turn into a pattern of representational failure. I think that’s what we’d be facing with an untested union that includes nearly 1,800 extremely angry AWA pilots. No independent union has ever survived with that schism in place.

Pretty sad and childish that you have to keep pretending to be an East pilot to maintain your dignity.

APA pilots are getting pretty sick of your tantrums, too.
Actually, the APA guys look at us east pilots with disgust. If you think we have any sympathy with the APA, you're even more of a half wit than MM. They won't even negotiate a protocol agreement with USAPA.

No, they look at the liars, like you, in disgust, as we all do.  I have many friends and acquaintances over at APA.  They think you guys are a hoot!  I bet USAPA's around a lot longer than you think it will be.

"You'se" are a truy curious piece of work "saprtan".  How it's at all possible for you to still even imagine anyone taking your supposed east pilot nonsense seriously, as well as your magically being possessed of the thoughts of 10,000 people you've never even met must remain subjects best suited for clinical study.

Does not the protocol negotiation period extend until Feb 9th? If what you say is true, they must surely want arbitration.

Arbitration? What is the APA going to do, argue with itself? I thought USAPA, minus the merger commitee, was on it's way out. Maybe before the 9th USAPA will anounce a protocol agreement. Who knows.

You guys keep saying that, but rest assured that the East and west will have representation under M/B.  To interpret what the Judge said as denying that is ludicrous.  Just wait and see.  The entire law is predicated on it, and it WILL be a fact, whether the Judge thinks so or not.  Whether that representation is the current merger committee or not won't matter.  Whether there are westies on it won't matter, either.

How stupid are you guys?  It appears that the answer to this rhetorical question is: "pretty stupid".

Doesn't have to be 3 different operations a 5 year fence gives you 4 years if it were completed today, my guess 7, you'll be gone 2 after that, besides let me guess you want to take some AA guys slot in MIAMI?

If you want to believe APA wants our NB Reserve Captains ahead of their WB Captains be my guess.

Maybe you should start a MC petition.

Didn't I just say USAPA would be removed, minus the merger committee? Meaning the east merger committee would still be around. You seem like you're opposed to the west having adequate representation. I wonder if the APA feels the same way.

You can have all the representation that you're entitled to.  If you choose not to have any, you can have that, too.  Captain Hummel put out an invitation for folks to apply to be on the Merger Committee.  Get some westies who are qualified to apply.  If not, you had your chance.

USAPA, as well as whomever remains to represent our interests, is representing both East and west.  That's the way it is.  You folks need to get over yourselves.

I'm curious what facts or history you base that bet on. From what I've seen the bar is pretty low for the NMB to make its ruling of a single bargaining agent.
