Indeed, but ya' just gotta' admit they've at least a perhaps VERY deeply underlying, but finely-honed sense of irony and humor. 🙂
 
There's yet some hours to go of westie time (for those literally basing their lives in PHX) so some pretentiously idiotic puffing up of "spartan" chests, additionally dire threats of karmic retribution, and perhaps even Blanche Dubois' "I've always depended on the kindness of strangers"/"doug"/the APA/whatever will yet be seen tonight. 😉 I'd guess we're largely outta' laughs here for the day though.

I'm hoping they have time for another video, but I plead with them not to hurt any farm animals.

A vile but valid concern indeed! I'd overlooked that unhappy possibility...but now that some are wishing to lift up the very "Goat man" himself?...well...Best we put PETA on speed dial. 😉

Well here we are at Feb. 6th... Tomorrow, Friday Feb. 7th, will be 60 days after the POR. That is the date a protocol agreement needs to be agreed upon. USAPA did put out an update saying the the protocol agreement must be agreed to by Feb. 9th. But that date is technically more than 60 days, but may have been agreed to as the "date" by all the parties. Either way, I suspect that either tomorrow, or Sunday at the latest (the 9th), we will have a protocol agreement in place. This should prove an interesting weekend indeed... 🙂 
 
And then in 30 more days, March 9th, we should have a combined seniority list or be heading off to arbitration... The end-game is here gentlemen... finally...

Seems I was wrong about the laughs. There was apparently still time for two mighty "spartan" minus votes, from obviously otherwise, completely congenital idiots, utterly incapable of ever adequately expressing themselves..Perhaps we can have a mighty "You know why I hate you'se guys?...I hate all of you'se" interfacing/forum chat for them now? "Spartan" PTSD must needs be a serious concern of late, after all. Just tryin' ta' help here. 🙂

I'd give it at least through tuesday/wednesday/thursday myself. Nothing of the paper-pushing variety generally ever happens on time.

"You'se" are starting to dissappoint snap. Whilst nothing of grand honor; I'd presumed you the brightest of the current "spartan" defenders, and the obvious idiocy of your currently fellow west posters has already been addressed, as has the essential identification of such. "You'se" needn't play any equivalent fool yourself...just sayin'...Your choice here. Perhaps I'd earlier given "you'se" far too much credit...?
 
Move2CLT/DCA319's not sufficiently intelligent to even front two "identities" without excessive overlap. Any protracted confrontation inevitably reduces him to "Yo Momma!" types of pithy one-liners in attempted "defense" in either persona. I'd think Monkee is of a petulant and "entitled" lady persuasion, and snapthis, whatever the extreme mutual jabs, is the brightest of the three, and can/does evidence both humor and civility..although how he can take some of his own, overly dramatic and "heroic" material at all seriously, well...one must just be left to wonder about. I suppose if one's playing to the crowd at "Club Sparta"/"I hate all of you'se"/etc...well, some adjustments to suit the audience are needed. All three being actually one person would require some fairly talented acting skills.

I noticed that, too.  They just don't understand that DOH was never really the point.  I don't think anyone on the east side ever expected a pure, unencumbered DOH, or even LOS, list.  The point was and is that the Nicolau abortion is a non-starter.

It MIGHT be an interesting 30 days ahead of us.
 
What I would like to see during that period is:
 
1. NO CLOSED SESSIONS for the Merger Committees.  Transparency would be a nice feature, even if somewhat novel.
2. Timely reports/summaries published on each meeting.  By timely, I mean within 24 hours after the session.
3. Those reports would logically be filled with partisan spin.  I am OK with that as long as BOTH sides have access to the reports by APA and USAPA.

When America West was sniffing around American Trans Air you were ALL about date of hire then. You wanted all the Captain and wide body jobs in turn relegating the Trans air guys to the right seat of a narrowbody because you were 'entitled' because you 'saved' their jobs.

You demanded separate ops and membership ratification. You did. Because you wanted the ability to tie the integration should the award be not to your liking. Yet, when the East tied up the integration using the very process you envisioned for yourselves you Boo Hooo and accuse us of lacking 'integrity'.

Look no further than the 757 and E-190 arbitrations where in both cases you demanded 1/2 of all position for yourselves. 30% of the pilots demand 50% of the benefits.

Then there was your 'zipper bid' proposal ensuring the west pilots would be number 1 in every seat in every base for bidding the monthly lines even if that West pilot was dead last on the permanent bid award. You love to quote Nicolau what did the Arbitration say in the E-190 case? The West proposal was "overreaching"

It takes two to tango. By trying a seniority land-grab you will, after a decade of being fenced in PHX under contract 2004 now missing out on the next two ( or more ) years of explosive growth at American and the East, pay the price for your actions.

The fitting part is that, in the end, you did it to yourselves.

Yes, they did it to themselves. Eric Ferguson, Tony Anger, Mark C Doyal and Koontz will be scorned for the rest of their careers. For reaching for greed. Greed took them down. Ferguson especially. He sacrificed his entire group for self greed and instant seniority. Shame.

The end is near, DOH is dead.  LOL
