The "news" is merely that the company's making a request to essentially subvert the intent of M-Bond. Good luck with that. Honestly; if a lawyer "belches" in the woods..would "spartans", in joyous celebration, all frantically run out to sniff it? 😉

Do you implicitly assume the company is asking Judge Silver to delete a portion of her order so they can use her adjusted order to establish a West Pilot seat in MB, even though they are at the same time reiterating her order that denied the West Pilots request to have a seat at MB?  (and do take notice that the company, in their request to have the order amended, has shown the judge their carful consideration of the judge's denial of a West seat, and are showing the judge that their request does not change that order.)

My take is that you can't read anything without making implicit assumptions that are favorable to yourself.   You would assume a python rubbing against you is there for a hug.
