How come Leonidas spinmeisters haven't declared the latest company filing is one more sign victory is imminent, as have Nic4, MoveDca, Splinter, etc? Maybe it's hard to get the lawyer to work on weekends...

Regardless, the Nic is always just over the next hill, just like the proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Really.. Just one more hill. Don't quit now.

A couple have tried, but it so clearly is not in their favor that they quickly shut up and left.  Even they can't put a good spin on it.

AOL has stood down since Silver's ruling. The only group that has threatened lawsuits is the SCAB union in their update regarding the SLI protocol talks. I cannot quote it, but to paraphrase the SCAB union threatened to sue anybody who would interfere with their plan to FUCH the West.

Word up SCAB...your SCAB union are about to FUCHED hard, and believe me, it is not a victory for the West....but we will watch and say..oh well, couldn't of happened to a nicer bunch.

Had a few AMR boys on the jumpseat last trip, a 15 yr and a 11 yr seniority, now you westies listen up they want nothing to do with the NIC, which is long gone anyhow.

I have spoken directly with certain influential pilot representatives from the APA, ALPA, CAPA.

Know what they all told me? I will share. Unsolicited, and not while being afforded the courtesy of the jumpseat, every one of them said The West is in the right and nobody likes what uscaba is doing.

Now I hear the company is fast tracking SCS to rid us all of the SCAB union, they may even screw up my St Patrick's day prediction if they get their way.
