What are you talking about? What court?
Why don't you produce a ruling that backs you up instead of some AZ judges' dicta who knew she better follow the law, yet was inclined to go off on a verbal tangent.
There is a LUP.
Nobody got neutered. What I read from the APA is very similar to a Leonidas update. Poor interpretation of law, misunderstanding, misinformation.
Biggest mistake by the APA was their statement of the MOU being a CBA. Nothing could be more incorrect. The APA is doing what they have always done, try to take control of the process right from the start. Unfortunately for them, they are on watch for what they have done in the past. Every word and writing will be watched closely by the NMB. Not a good or professional start.
When EVERYBODY else, is ALWAYS wrong...doesn't that indicate anything to you? If you're unhappy with anything the APA ACTUALLY DOES to you, just sue them after all ripeness concerns have been fully vetted. It's really pretty simple...on paper. In practice? That's for you to find out.

That's the spirit fat boy Persian.  They're all wrong and we're always right even though we always change our arguments to suit of situation.  We've got them on the run and no AZ judge is gonna tell us otherwise!

WOLVERINES!
Why do West pilots always assume they increase their aura by naming themselves after the likes of legendary comic book characters and stuffed animals?

Addington 1. Remanded. ie a loss. Addington 2. Again an East win. The 9th
East win. How is that always wrong? You make ZERO sense.

That's sadly but easily answered. It's an issue of arrested development. Much the same components that allow for the "spartan"/"dire wolf"/"soldiers"/"Army"/"Larry Potta" fantasies, not to mention absurdly "heroic" notions of being battle-tested "knights" who've "fought with valor", the likes of snapthis's incessant fantasies of supposed identification and alignment with Israeli Forces, somehow being "birds of prey",etc, and far, far too many actual heroes to nowadays even count, being some "heroic" snake-killing-cowboy, or the west rep cactusboy53's infantile rantings of "This is sparta!", etc, ad nauseum. Many of these people are a wholesale mess, just screaming aloud for therapy.

Yep. You've "won" your own destruction and complete irrelevance right before an arbitrated SLI. Look up "Pyrric" in the dictionary. Judge Silver sent you a very clear message that everyone else has received loud and clear, except your poor "most senior" group.

The lessons are starting to come hard and fast. Buckle up.

Before you buckle in too tightly you should make sure your car isn't still on blocks. Marty needs another donation and you need a snazzy new tie for the trip. Match made in heaven. Click, click, click...

Utter nonsense Kev, grow up.

Indeed. it comes as no surprise that these infantile "spartans" would seek to usurp even the Colors of America, in the form of that tie, to fantasize themselves and their Holy Crusade as somehow, as if by mutually agreed upon magic, far more significant and "worthy" than any aspect of rational reality could ever possibly accept. As if the Colors of the USA were somehow involved with their juvenile nonsense? As noted: You just can't make this stuff up.
