I see what you're trying to say, but those are entirely different things. All those groups have already been integrated into one list, that never happened with our group. We have an arbitrated list, but like has been pointed out before, we are still seperate because, there was never a finalized contract. The APA just appears to be following MB, whose intention was/is a fair and equitable integration.

Really? They all have CBAgents, just as the WEST, did not recall voteing on that in the MOU, Correct NO FINALIZED CONTRACT, and NO T/A voted away because a new one exists! OVERWHELMINGLY!, Now what does the MOU say? I did not see any separate classes represented! My guess 2018!
