Your new union knows what's best for you. Relax.
Yes we do, the westies I have spoken to today realize it will be better to go with MB vs the APA after what they did to Reno, Air Cal and TWA, and apparently Jeffrey has told you boys to make peace with the east or face Wye River 2.

HA!! Too bad I've stopped paying these scabs all together. Looks like they're gonna piss away their little savings account ASAP.
Pay now or pay later Doyal but you will pay boy, it must really suck being you all this pent up anger! seek help.

East pilots want none of your positions.
Yes, how true the east pilots realize we have no right to AA's big planes, if the APA was smart they would take the 5 yr or even longer fence and DOH with C and R and protect their pilots, I wonder what the heck is Wilson thinking this is the first time they had to deal with a merge like this, after all MB was created because of APA's treatment of TWA.

No, it is you Doyal. Just a sawed off jacked up idiot with a nasty little attitude. You have fed your group so much bad advice they need to string you up with one of those freedom ties.

Well...I'd think lynching's a bit over-the-top, to say the least, but I'll guess that a few rails and some tar and feathers will seem very appropriate to many out west, once all this is said and done. Oh well. I can't say I've much sympathy for such greed-soaked fools as could ever even imagine themselves magically "worthy" of being artificially advanced 16-17 full years of worked service over others.

or they can take equipment and status and keep APA pilots at the top of the list without C&Rs

Even the USAPA MC knows DOH is DOA.

The APA can negotiate in favor of anything they want, until the pilots are no longer in control of negotiating.  Uncle Bob's mystery panel dead ahead.

I love how effortlessly the APA BITCHSLAPS USCABA...in so few words too. I guess they need to go to CLT and learn how to write hyperbolic lies by the 250,000 word issue.

. Spin, where do you come up with mindless ideas.
Use your AWAPPA password and look for the thread where the first line states:

"I am thinking of going on dues check off because I am going to max my 401k thereby keeping the scabs dirty hands off my money."

It seems you U-saps have some dissatisfied pilots, y'all claim to represent. Hopefully, the APA will do a better job for less. Just fill out the application on the signature line if you'd had enough. 😉

This is how Adults communicate. Starkly *not* USAPA.

USAPA Lawsuit

The US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) filed a complaint late this week with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against US Airways, American Airlines and APA. This complaint represents an effort by USAPA to unilaterally abrogate the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the timing and process for integration of the pilot seniority lists. By filing the lawsuit in Washington, D.C., USAPA is attempting to evade the jurisdiction of Judge Silver in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, who previously weighed in regarding the issue of integrating USAPA's membership into one seniority list. While APA is not a party to that litigation, we will vigorously defend the language of the MOU that APA and USAPA agreed to previously.

Kevin, your Leonidas fighting machine have not produced one legal victory. Not one
Now you and the APA have the very legislation they helped spawn being used on them. Hilarious!

Eric Ferguson versus the Wilders. Too funny.
Ferguson should be a television evangelist or used car salesman.

Perhaps you can provide instruction regarding the downside of lying to Federal Officials.
