Pipe down Kevin, I would expect this fantasy stuff more from Spin, nice try though
I'm still "kevin"? I thought I was someone else a few weeks ago. Make up your mind. This "Fantasy stuff" was filed with Judge Silver by your beloved Company. Considering reality a fantasy is really the hallmark of a USAPA cheerleader isn't it?

Sounds like a tall tale to me.
So are you denying it took place or just admitting how ridiculous it was? The one who told me that he saw his own picture on the wall seemed more credible than you...

Oh USAPA...I'm really going to miss all the laughs you've provided over the years.
"Aside from being an improper request for relief made in a response to US Airways’
motion, the purported reason for USAPA’s plea – that the four statements it does not like
are mere “dicta” – is incorrect. The statements challenged by USAPA flow inexorably
from this Court’s ruling, as urged by USAPA, that only certified collective bargaining
representatives may participate in the McCaskill-Bond seniority-integration process,
thereby precluding separate representation in that process for the West Pilots."

Looks like the company has no problem whatsoever with Silver's unique interpretation of MB. I agree, Anything to cut out the cancerous fake union is a good thing. Looks like that's going to happen in very short order.
She denied the West's request to participate, finding there was no DFR nor an entitlement under the statute for a group that was never a certified CBA. An assertion regarding USAPA's future rights was not relevant to her findings and several forward looking statements regarding what she expects to transpire are also outside the scope of a DFR trial.

The company is doing nothing but multiply it's tactics of division and APA is doing what it can to capitalize on that. This will be a very long process, and DOH is the beneficiary.

So far USAPA 2, company 0 in court.  AOL -3.  APA is a pile of $h1t so they don't even count.

Again, there's the TRUTH of it.

Wrong?

Which of the last 5 arbitrations favors USAPA's position?

Arbitration gives  APA slotting by equipment and status and zero USAPA DFR liability.
Which court cases favor AOL?  Which statute favors APA?  USAPA, TWA, AOL, APA, AirCal, Reno..... sounds like this will be the last contract the union will get to sign because when 2019 rolls around nobody"s going to risk going to the mat for any of the others.  Looking forward to watching APA MELTDOWN AND LOSE!  You'll see.  Just my two cents.

Maybe the FBI didn't find any falsifications or deceptions on the polygraph.

But when the "Whack-A-Doodle Needle" jumped clear off the paper and smacked the operator on the forehead, maybe they took notice.

Allegedly, East pilots transiting PHX were having their pics taken via Westies armed with cellphones. The pics were being posted on the "Wall of Scabs" in the crew room. The "hostile work environment" put a few people in hot water.
Spin, Nic, Rez, Golf will be along shortly to confirm or clarify.
Allegedly is a good word to use. According to all the west pilots I've talked to it never happened. The CP would have yanked it right away. Heck, I would have yanked it down myself, no excuse for random targeting of coworkers, just because they're east. Probably just a fabrication to further cause a divide in the pilot group.
