You will never get enough cards
You will never get west pilots to pay dues
ALPA is going to get you
The company is going to get you
Andy Jacobs is going to get you
Polsinelli is going to get you
Marty is going to get you
Leonidas is going to get you
Judge Wake is going to get you
The Ninth is going to get you
Judge Silver is going to get you
American Airlines is going to get you
The APA is going to get you
Now Metroyet says you are going away in short order.....
Ask them how much they owe Marty, all that money wasted for nothing at all to show and to think they could have been in wide body's and shared in the our upgrades. Well you did get a few new hires sent to PHX. Rest assured the APA is going to give you the NIC and half of their triple sevens delivered right to PHX.

USAPA has officially requested arbitration in two separate venues, the D.C. District Court and directly to the NMB. APA and AAG have requested SCS determination from the NMB. The NMB is not bound by the MOU. Section 13 of AM LPPs deviates from MOU regarding when arbitration can commence. MOU says not until JCBA while AM says we are already there.
Which document supersedes the other, MOU or MB?
Does District Court trump the NMB?
Who enforces the MOU?
Can the D.C. Court decision be appealed?
How long will litigation take if one party appeals?
Can an SCS determination by the NMB be challenged by USAPA?
Can an early arbitration decision from the NMB be challenged by APA/AAG?
Other than that I think I have a pretty good handle on all this.

Sounds perfect... More delays.. More attrition.. More upgrades

Allegedly is a good word to use. According to all the west pilots I've talked to it never happened. The CP would have yanked it right away. Heck, I would have yanked it down myself, no excuse for random targeting of coworkers, just because they're east. Probably just a fabrication to further cause a divide in the pilot group.

I doubt this happened. I know one of the ACPs, great guy  and I can't see him allowing it.

I have no reason to doubt the person whose pic was taken. It was short lived. You are reasonable, and for that you could be subject to a blanket party, if not the same.

Honor your agreements west pilots, there was never a single labor agreement between East and west, therefore no nic.  Your cat calls about wanting East pilots to stay on loa93 was foolish, you tore up your own winning lottery ticket.

Thanks Bean.

“In the US Airways – America West case, it went to binding arbitration but there was a requirement as part of that that the two unions negotiate a joint contract with the company, which wasn’t done yet.

And because it wasn’t done yet, the side that didn’t like it could prevent a joint contract from getting done. And because of that, the seniority integration never happened."

Interesting. No JCBA, no agreement. The West helped perpetuate disparate pay, further keeping a JCBA away, and the Nicolau Award.
The West helped the East pilots legal avoidance of the Nic.
Trader- how is that reneging? It isn't. The West was completely aware a JCBA was needed to implement the Nic, and actively participated to keep the Nic off the property in a vindictive way that backfired.
The West bears a huge portion of the reason the award was never implemented. There was no reneging.

Over and over Trader claims the East pilots reneged. Same for SNAPTHIS.
The West absolutely knew the Nic was linked to a JCBA, yet they actively prevented a JCBA
through separate pay. The West actively and willingly participated in an action that prevented implementation of the Nicolau Award.
Look in the mirror West pilots, you too Trader.
Face it, your actions kept the Nic off the property.
