He sent it to all the BPRs and Officers... and nothing in his email appears to me that he voiced any concern about it being forwarded.  "remove my name" was not part of the original message... it was obviously part of the forward message.

At any rate, now we have a candidate for Nic, Rez, Metro, Uhaul, etc.
My identy has already been fantasized/fetishized by Claxypad. He foams at the mouth thinking he has a clue who I am. He doesn't. Sorry, I can't be Brice too. Keep looking!!

Until you post a selfie with your $675 Liberty Neck Tie, I remain unimpressed.

This is what collecting millions of dollars in ones defense looks like. The USAPA cowards threatened to strip people of their careers if they didn't get their extortion money. You're about to get a front row seat to all of this. Maybe you could raise funds by auctioning off destroyed aircraft parts? Maybe a "sponsor A US Air victim" campaign?

I hope you embrace Karma...

In your face, from the West.

I remember Crimi, the union buster, who boasted, "we don't need the West"

We, the West, defeated your amendment. That, the Nic who will be shoved up your collective sorry asses soon and the irremediable death of usapa within a few weeks.
The future is bright.

I am laughing out loud In anticipation of usapa climbing back down into the #### hole it came from. This will be a great day for labor and the aviation community at large.

Nonetheless I must admit you guys know how to bend metal like no other. We rookies have very little experience with that.

With disrespect.

Three lists arbitrated won't net you the NIC no matter how hard and often you beat your chest. Yes, USAPA will be gone and good riddance. It served it's purpose and seven years of attrition went where it belonged.

Enjoy your "win". 🙂

Uh huh. Let me know when you finally realize what's happening to your dear fake union.

Hint: rhymes with "Irrelevant"
Why do you pay dues to a fake union? knock..knock..

With all the emphasis on psycological state of pilots in light of Malaysia 370, wonder what the newsies would think of this board which is tamer than most. You might just get the permanent fence a lot want and could be argued is needed to ensure the highest level of safety. It would only take a couple of these jokers to be paired up.

ALPA disappeared immediately. So will USAPA. The MOU doesn't trump RLA and you can bet the company, the APA, and the west will completely ignore any assertions otherwise. Better form that LLC.
Alpa went away imediately because the SLI process was over. They were no longer necessary.
Its unfortunate for the west that a JCBA that would have included the award was never attained.
Since the MOU agreement allowed for nullifying all prior agreements ( said TA) the SLI (NIC) was never implemented. I sits in limbo, potentially forever.
The new American seniority list will be from a panel of Mcaskill-Bond federally mandated Arbitrators. They will get input from APA and USAPA for the representation of their respective groups. Then the Arbs will issue a Federal Mandated ruling. Legally binding in a court of law.

Then USAPA will cease to exist......

If you have any question as to how this is suppose to work, contact Clair McCaskill senator from MO. She sponsored and help craft the bill that contains her name.

Someone please enlighten me on what difference it makes who pulls the plug on USAPA, the BPR or the officers. The only difference I can see is the BPR is now denied one last meaningless and nearly endless discussion that ultimately ends up in another controversy.

There's still a boatload of dues money in the till.

Now, the officers alone get to decide what to do with it.

The referendum would have instead given the BPR that power.

Obviously, the westholes would rather see Hummel and the other three officers maintain control of that money rather than have their own reps be part of the decision making.

It's a similar psychology that we see when the dirt-poor, rural "white trash" vote republican against their own best interest ONLY because there's a BLACK Democrat in the White House.

Just curious snap, What is the motivation for the west voting no? I'll give you that you guys vote in a block well. I could only wish we could have that unity across our whole pilot group. Perhaps one day..

But it seems to me that when the end comes and maybe some last minute decisions need to be made, you choose not to have you elected West Reps have any input... And choose to leave it to a couple of individuals instead...

If only MORE of the PHX whack-a-doodles had voted "NO," it would have passed!

So the West pilots are voting against the Masters denying them a seat at the table because they're stupid and racists?

LMAO

The West Reps are outnumbered 8 to 3.

So many of you like to throw out Karma, but when I ask you what the west has done to have this land on their heads, no answer. That logic seems to escape you.

Hey, genius, did you read the line at the top asking to remove the author's name before forwarding?  That's a legal disclaimer which could put you and the BPR in some hot water.  I will assume you are both fat, and stupid.

You dumb-s***!  Learn how to read.  I said "similar," and did not call any westholes racist.

But, they are definitely stupid....and the degree pales compared to your own.
