I have tried to wade through all of the ranting here. But the question remains...what is going on with the current situation with you guys and the MOU? What is this thing with APA? Is the MOU leagally binding? Not, in my opinion, it's just a method or a hand shake.

Fair questions all flybynite, and only to be determined through time and litigation, it now seems.

You've been paying far too little attention then (not that I could at all blame you) since for many years now, most all of it's merely been a "pissing contest" here.

And while I'm at it...don't think for a skinny minute APA won't fry your ass. They will..they look at all US pilots as feeders to their Hubs. You guys had better get your ducks in a row...otherwise you will be rolled.

No argument there at all flybynite. That is indeed the case, and only utter morons could see/imagine it differently.

An MOU is but an MOU...until ratified by the membership and memorialized by by the BK judge approving of the merger. Don't believe me? Just ask Gary Hummel:

I've not the slightest reasons to ever "believe" you. I'll trust more to history, and some slight degree of undersatnding of our species. No personal offense, but you're evidencing yourself as just a fool who imagines that your notions, versus what can be done by any/all concerned, actually "matter".

Friendship taken and appreciated flybynight....and did I ever mention that I've always respected and honestly appreciated any of "my" cabin crews? I do, no BS. Anything I can ever do to make you guys' life more comfortable on any given workday's yours for the asking, and don't hesitate to ever hit the button and ask/complain/whatever. We're all of us "just" flight crew/family. The "my" crew presumption necessitates the following smiley face, as I'd hope would also serve to give you some laughs dear, coming from a "Great and Powerful Oz" up front....who fully knows better than that. 🙂

Brice is just another loser with a video cam. He provided an avenue for Tony Anger and Eric Auxier to make total fools of themselves.
Mike Cleary on the other hand completely stopped the Nicolau. Jamie had a huge hand in it as well. Seven years ago. Seven. They killed the Nic.

I saw how Mike treated his West reps. Walking in the courtroom without acknowledging their presence. Brice and Braid were officers of an association which claimed to represent them was/is a facade.

Videos clearly irritated Cleary. Don't you think that might have been the intent?

The inevitable can't be delayed forever...

Oh...Electricjet98....jeeze..what a name,,,,anyway..a MOU isn't a leagally binding document. It's just a hand shake. And if it isn't working out for one of the parties..they can walk away. Look it up. Lord, I'm sure it's on Google somewhere.

The USAF would've never permitted any. "You'se" wouldn't understand and your "spartan" sort would've been culled before "you'se" first attempt at flight, so any allergies I've now are just to juvenile idiots...and I suddenly feel a sneeze coming on. 😉
