Wasn't the entire timeline moved back 30 days to accomodate the silver decision? I don't know, that's why I'm asking.....

I've no notions of what the ongoing "interpretation" is, but it seems unreasonable to assume that Ms. Silver's actual rulings amount to any viable repudiation of the MOU, and thus; additional delay's not inherently required, but I sho' 'nuff ain't no lawyer. The old chinese curse comes to mind here: "May you live in interesting times."

Looks like we are now 2 days past the deadline for selecting the three neutral arbitrators according to the MOU. 10.a., lines 2-4. The should be starting on the new JCBA(but probably won't). Now we wait for the NMB's decision to start another clock, but can it move forward without the missed fifteen day selection of arbitrators for MB being met?  

The APA wil take care of this in short order, no need to worry yourself over it.  They have everything under control. 🙂

Sigh! I must fully now acknowledge the true degree of normally unimaginable stupidity being dealt with here, without any apologies at all. Has it somehow, as if by magic; entirely escaped "you'se" tiny excuse for a "mind" that, should the APA "have everything under control", they'd then have "you'se" little bunch equally under control?...Umm...Just nevermind, and thanks for the always dependable laughs. What can really be said here, other than the fact you offer compelling proof that AWA never tested for even the most rudimentary excuse for "intelligence"? 😉

LOL. No worries Bean, and confessedly agreed per English comedy (we all have our vices).  For what it's worth; I'd indulge all supposed "spartans" with less hostile and patronizing speech....should ever the slightest indication be given that such would be comprehended anyway. 😉 Outside of yourself and lynyrdskynrd though?...."Fuggedaboutit". 🙂

Then "you'se", can, should your desires quickly come true there....pretty much kiss your childish "spartan" fantasies of supposed super-"seniority" goodbye. Neither ignorance nor woeful, wholesale stupidty ever affords anyone any "defense" in life. But continuing with your strange fantasies: Haven't "you'se" just told the APA people how they should reverently lick your very shoe soles, since you "saved" them yet? No possible worries, since they're magically now your best-friends-forever...they'll naturally understand. 😉

Well, while I was admittedly, first unpleasantly imagining the seriously fat/open-faced/white-T-shirted-with-unbottoned-Hawaii-tourist-shirt-over-pork-sandwich, first and thankfully, only seen in a long-ago crew news, GQ fashion "statement"; I'm admittedly unable to envision any of them so engaged with anything other than Yuck! Now to the APA for help.
The east has remained steadfast in its' goal. Mike Cleary took them to the merger with AA without the Nic. Now Bill Wilder will carry the ball across the line. The APA is not the fearsome power you envision. They showed their cards by listening to Segals' flawed labor ideas. They are just another entity to wrap up in the power of RLA law and the legislation they spawned- McCaskill Bond. It will be interesting watching them go up against Wilder. The Author.

East, remember Snap gets ANGERed when things don't go according to the Leonidas Fantasy. Those Facebook pictures are just another example. I hear the moniker "Grievance Granny" and their Cat3 on it are going to get them in hot water.
