It is recommended that pilots have at least two pins at all times.  Pins break or get lost, so it's smart to have spares ready.

I wonder if AOL gives you a "spare" tie?? You know, it's smart to have a spare ready... 🙂 I would think for almost 700 dollars, a spare would be a given...

I wonder why AOL can sell a $700 tie and USAPA has trouble collecting dues?

No worries there, since almost anyone must indeed wonder at that particular curiosity, but I'll offer my best effort at answering that regardless. I'll necessarily take Famous Sayings of P.T. Barnum for $1,000 there.  What's "There's a Sucker born every minute" really mean? Is that it? Do I win? Am I at least close?  😉

It occurs to me that I may well have missed the far more obvious and traditionally valid explanation:  "A fool and his money are soon parted"....? 🙂

Permit me to note though, by way of helping fundraising efforts, to freely admit that I've lost countless hours of sleep over those "liberty" ties alone, not to mention cactus pins/T-shirts/badge-backers-et al, and I'm not just laughing at "you'se", but rather feeling deeply and profoundly "offended", and thus, must personally encourage all seriously concerned "spartans" to not only Click to Donate/buy ties/badge-backers/T-shirts/pins/whatever, but sleep well knowing that everything that you do truly matters, and wreaks devastating havoc on "you'se" foes. 😉 Given that; please donate every single penny that can at all be spared towards your noble efforts:

I bought it on my last vacation in China at Uncle Chow's T-shirt shop. Is there a memo which says I can't wear it on my day off?

Heck, I might order em as a thank u for those who bought $700 ties.

Good morning east scabs,

Just stopping by to admit I was completely wrong about the NMB single carrier determination.

I should have known better. First St Patrick's day was on a Monday, and we all know the fed does not do squat on Mondays, but I could not pass on that whole get rid of the snakes comparison. Second, they were afraid to move while a lawsuit was ongoing, and while we still have the suit in DC that puts the scab union in contempt in the 9 th circuit, that will be moot shortly.

So, Silver cleared up her ruling.....um, she indeed meant that USAPA=SCAB, and is not going to change a thing.

Bye bye SCAB union....BTW. BL got it right in his letter to the BPR.

Oh, and the request to lift the injunction, thanks for filing that, you once again stepped on your crank in court, stating we are all under one contract, which is in direct conflict with your arguments in DC against SCS.

And for the usual frequent east posters on this board, no need to reply, I do not give a crap about your SCAB opinion.

Have a nice day, and do not fall for the old April fools pranks.
