To my east colleagues, I wish you all a Happy Usapa Fools Day.
Remember, we all need to be good union pilots.

Kiwi, you are still one of the weirdest of the weird.nic4us said:Good morning east scabs,
Just stopping by to admit I was completely wrong about the NMB single carrier determination.
I should have known better. First St Patrick's day was on a Monday, and we all know the fed does not do squat on Mondays, but I could not pass on that whole get rid of the snakes comparison. Second, they were afraid to move while a lawsuit was ongoing, and while we still have the suit in DC that puts the scab union in contempt in the 9 th circuit, that will be moot shortly.
So, Silver cleared up her ruling.....um, she indeed meant that USAPA=SCAB, and is not going to change a thing.
Bye bye SCAB union....BTW. BL got it right in his letter to the BPR.
Oh, and the request to lift the injunction, thanks for filing that, you once again stepped on your crank in court, stating we are all under one contract, which is in direct conflict with your arguments in DC against SCS.
And for the usual frequent east posters on this board, no need to reply, I do not give a crap about your SCAB opinion.
Have a nice day, and do not fall for the old April fools pranks.

Don't worry, Pheonix and end_of_alpa will expain why Silver is wrong again before USAPA can find the right spin.
Bill Brasky said:I've gotta say, that's the oddest ruling by a judge I've EVER read. She says that USAPA may have been correct in the law, but that she ruled the way she did because she didn't want to agree with them. Anybody else see any problems with that?
Nothing to it SpinThis Tony, get it noNIC4you.snapthis said:http://leonidas.cactuspilots.us/West_Pilot_DFR_DJ/Doc_304_Order.pdf

It sure is taking a long time for USAPA to spin this.
Is it a win when court says USAPA should have pressed the court? Sounds like a dropped ball has been noticed .

Just appeal your "win". Oh. Your fake scab union will be dead and buried years before an appeals could be heard. Never mind. Scratch that.Bill Brasky said:I've gotta say, that's the oddest ruling by a judge I've EVER read. Totally meaningless.Res Judicata said:Just appeal your "win". Oh. Your fake scab union will be dead and buried years before an appeals could be heard. Never mind. Scratch that.
HA!!! Oh yes. The total death of USAPA and the confiscation of all funds is "meaningless".Claxon said:Totally meaningless.
Appears this is going to arbitration now under rules of M/B.
USAPA will not be folded into APA unrepresented.
Mike Cleary kept the Nic away with the help of west pilots. Thank you.
Ferguson truly miscalculated your careers.
