What a great piece of reporting! I learned a lot from that video. Reminds me of another "fact" I recently learned from the CNN report that made the revelation that a B-777 has problems maintaining altitude when it's fuel tanks are empty... Must be a design flaw... :/

Just reacquainted myself with the TWA AMR fiasco. ALPA sold out the TWA by agreeing to not fight APA so that APA might eventually return to ALPA. Same deal....new hires at AMR senior to 767 co-pilots and TWA. What you keep missing is that APA owes ZERO duty to the West or East. For SLI purposes there is no alternative just lawyers making arguments that WON"T HOLD UP!!!!
 
Lets play this out if it were otherwise. APA screws AWA and US one or both. One or both sides launch DFR lawsuits. This pilot group doesn't merge for 10 years when it all gets sorted out. Why won't this happen. Silver screwed up plain and simple by going far wide of what she is allowed to do. Labor law, as you have been told all along IS A DIFFERENT ANIMAL. MB will carry the day and then end of story. Everyone moves along.  Now as to you Dan. Just read an article in the WSJ about the Holocaust denyers and other fringe believers. Your actions are not heroic...only sad. You should just walk away....fade into the sunset and enjoy your life. It ain't worth what you are laying out. The NIC is dead because it wasn't just, fair nor in compliance with merger policy. Get over yourself.
 
Finally, just want to know if Res ever bought that rocker....you are officially a bystander now.

Res ain't coming east for years. None of them are. They passed on the Nic which would be in place right now after the east fences came down. Right now.
Yes it is true. They would be taking every upgrade, every wide body, all the movement.
But they missed the boat. Johnny Mac, Mitch Vaselino, Eric Ferguson, Koontz. All faces on the poster of the wanted for the gross miscalculation.
Now they can just keep making Anger/Auxier fantasy films. It is all they have. It is just going to get even worse with time for them in the PHX notOK Corral.
