They will not have a seat. That is a fact. You cannot support your supposition with any facts.
The APA, your new union wants it that way. Done. Over. Go ahead and sue for DFR, I'd love to read that complaint.

The West will represent themselves...why does that worry you all so much? Probably because of the high likelihood the arbitration panel will slot east/West one for one until the last West guy lands at about 2900 on the combined list.

Best of luck convincing the panel there was never an AMW Us air merger.

No seat will be given for the west, they know that, they already have representation. It's time for AOL to close up shop so the west can join in the growth. Ferguson and Koontz need to address their pilots and let them know it's been long over.
They will not be joining any growth until early 2016 at least.

Where will you get the funding?

Watch Captain weirdo unravel at the PHX show when he asks about money for a West Merger Committee - didn't like the answer he got.

AOL needs to nickname those ties 'David Carradine for our careers' edition.

Doesn't worry me...just a distraction. There is a "high likelihood" that the West will slot in starting with rest of the 757 pilots based on the 8 airplanes that West still operates. The others slot in with the narrowbodies and then the 190s. I doubt seriously any West pilot improves on their NIC positions and most likely the more junior pilots will lose significantly because they won't be senior to former furloughed East pilots. You made your prediction...this is mine.

which is it... 1) The APA gets what they want or 2) the West represents themselves?

New phrase for you to learn... "mutually exclusive".

That would a bad move as the west had nothing to offer in this merge before you were acquired and on the the verge of liquidation, PHX is stagnate and dying. The growth is in the east, most of the west guys realize it's over.

The West new union the APA will fund it. Just like ALPA did...you guys never understood what the unions role in SLI was... still don't.

It's not difficult. 3 merger committees. The APA isn't as interested in a USAPA style cluster F as USAPA is. The union is given a "wide range of reasonableness" when it comes to SLI. Funding 3 parties would probably be considered a reasonable thing to do...as opposed to the USAPA scorched earth, spin the wheels with the peddle floored mentality.

Do you honestly believe no one actually remembers what happened and how bleak your already deeply furloughed career expectations were? I'm sure Freud will be highlighting that part of the nic award to the next panel.

.............Give it a rest Kev, will take it from here.

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

Not "Kevin" as much as you want to believe it. I'd be careful about slandering people by name on an open forum...especially when you've got the wrong person.

Oh, and the presumably "we'll" take it from here remark...you've always been in charge. You accomplished nothing but delay. It cost a mountain of money and wasted a huge chunk of your career. The 99 guys like you have the most to lose. No wonder you're in a panic that you won't be deciding a single thing after SCS. You're already an ignored lame duck union. You're fake union is impotent and hobbled.

The West will have a seat when APA becomes our CBA.

Hummel, the USAPA MC and attorneys know it but want certain protections for the East MC and for now have to play to the hardliners like you.

Well here is a free tip the APA is not your friend, you can take that to the bank.

They aren't the mortal enemy like USAPA either. They seem to be run very business-like by actual adults. Again, unlike USAPA. I think the West has faith in the basic fairness in an independently represented arbitration panel. If fact I've never heard anyone West even express the slightest fear of arbitration. You East guys are screaming bloody murder and are currently embroiled in 5 lawsuits against the worlds largest airline and the APA. So I guess that means one thing:you obviously have faith in the basic fairness of an independently represented arbitration and that scares the living sh## out of you. Because "fairness" has never been even a passing concern for you or your fake union.
