OK, enough of the fun and games. Just curious why would I get an email from an AA Capt, APA member suggesting.....,in part:
 
"Second, this could have all been avoided by implementing the Nic award. 
Everyone including the east realizes this. 

Essentially the west just wants to be treated fairly and USAPA has not done
this.   And now that they are about to be dissolved they are trying to throw one
more monkey wrench into the machinery.  They have pulled out if talks with APA."

OK, enough of the fun and games. Just curious why would I get an email from an AA Capt, APA member suggesting.....,in part:

You were warned about not modifying the Nic. In fact you could have had it had you taken the fence. The fence which would be now coming down.
Now you will never have the Nic. And the APA will follow M/B.
USAPA is the most effective labor organization, bar none.

Ok, MC I see that we were warned and I realize that USAPA is comprised of serious men doing serious work.......seriously.

Imagine that.  An APA Capt pretending to be a friend of the West (and proclaiming that USAPA is guilty of DFR...Does he live under a rock?)  ...while the APA is trying to cajole, corral, and intimidate USAPA into a willful capitulation to allow APA unilateral power to circumvent MB arbitration.  
 
What a shock... But take notice that he did proclaim USAPA's guilt in an email, so just dwell for a moment on the amount of access the APA captain has ...or doesn't have, to wield his power.  😀

You have two issues... 1) Your only acceptable "result" is implementation of the Nic, and 2) you are paying Martay, Fergay, and Kontay to deliver.
