Sounds as though the "Pie-Holes" are already clammoring this agreement is far from the needs of the members and Luis is angered by the freedom of speech taking place on the base.
Mr. Luis you have control of the information we are given, if the information beyond the highlights would make this look more reasonable (which I doubt to be fact) then you should have released the details instead of the highlilghts.
Maybe if you didnt insist on secret negotiations we would already be informed and C.A.V.E. men would be non-existent. Your own policies allow for the C.A.V.E. men and now you whine they exist.
Controlled secret information gives birth to C.A.V.E. men you seem to have a problem with.
Another point:
How do you plan to have FINAL CONTRACT language in my hands for 30 days when there are issues that a "committee" will later negotiate?
The only way I will have FINAL LANGUAGE is if you negotiate ALL details before I vote.
Asking me to vote on iissues that are not yet negotiated is a typical TWU method of operation to sneak through further concessions after the ratification.
I for one am voting a big fat NO. That's if we get to vote.
O, that was real professional wasn't it? Remember, elections are coming up soon.Gotta love that.

One can liken the language used to the rough and tough sailors or yesteryear trying to keep up their aire of being hardened ala Dennis Buchette - you know, say whatever it takes to assure others think of you as a hard-ass and someone to be respected.Gotta love that.

Evidently, Luis thinks this attitude is what got Burchette seated at the International and he's doing his best to follow in the footsteps while all the time only proving himself to be a short-sighted little girl afrai of his own shadow. Exactly what one would expect from a true company man.
I will not be told by anyone what to talk about/not talk about and when/when not to do so, especially by someone who obviously has ulterior motives.
