62% of Americans believe abortion morally wrong

Abortions should not be used as a contraceptive device/option.
Other than that, there should be special circumstances. Unfortunately, most laws are binary (black/white) and don't account for gray areas.

I agree and as for me… I am Pro-Life.

Might start with the phrase Federal Mandate.
You will get it or else.
Some 11,800,000 words of regulations might have something to with what treatments or drugs they deem necessary or will approve?

Ever hear of the ACA's Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) established not under ACA but the first Obama stimulus package?
Some 15 unelected bureaucrats established to decide whether or not doctor recommended treatments will be paid or not.

You are aware insurance companies deny service all the time and people die as a result right?

That's why you suck (note I did not make a liberal generalization, which does fit your narrative).
Comparing a fetus (which is human life) as a parasite.
You value life as a tick or tape worm.
Life was created by two people, can't be done any other way, even in a test tube or a turkey baster.

Now you switch to 'killing a baby'.
You suck!  No other way to communicate with you.

Yea yea ... I suck .. blah blah.  If you are to chicken to answer a simple queastion I understand.  Most folks do not like to be pinned down by their answer.

Use what ever terms you want.  Fetus, embryo, baby  ... I do not care.  Why are you so scared to answer a simple question?  What circumstances justify ____________ (insert you prefered term)?

Afraid you've made a slight miscalculation.
You are a strong supporter of the single payor option which will be known as medicare. Why do you think the law is written that way.
And as you venture towards social security you get owned by medicare.
You are owned now and don't know it.

When should abortion be allowed?

This will make the 3rd time I have answered your question each time with the same answer.
KCFlyer gave a good example of 'special circumstances' and I totally support that and his decision.

Your reading comprehension is not my problem.
I don't make laws, I have one vote just like a$$ho1es like you.

So, in summation, do you support unfettered abortion?
Yes/No?

And one death threat to our county's public health director on  the anniversary or Roe v Wade....even  though the county health department doesn't perform abortions.  But this is Kansas...the state where it's cool to shoot a guy in the face at church, so long as that guy performs abortions during the week.

These are the two responses KC has had in this thread. Which one addresses a special circumstance.

You have not given a single special circumstance in which you have said it would be OK to terminate a pregnancy (is that phrase OK?) much less a reason why it would be OK.

You ask if I support unfetterd abortion. I have answered this question numerous times but unlike you but unlike you I will answer again because you may have forgotten my opinion or not read it.

Yes. Yes. Yes. I support the womans right to choose with no limitations.

Nos will you answer my question or not? Whag special circumstances do you support as a justification to terminate a pregnancy and why. I am not asking for a moral reason but a legal one. I want to know if your circumstance has a legal reason that is better than someone who has xecided not to carry a pregagncy to term.

IIRC, xUT has answered that question in detail in another thread...with a rather personal example. Your memory is as bad as your typing on your iPhone.
