Pooksman,
Nah, this is a discussion of 2 different F/C 777 configurations, no matter how morbid it sounds with the "coffin" talk.
Is it cost-effective? I really don't know. The Flagship Suites were a royal pain on domestic. It took an hour to explain the how the Flagship Suites operated on the brief MIA-LAX transcon. Those tray tables were really heavy and it seemed the *$70,000* seats had to go manual constantly. What was the difference, 2 seats? Mostly NRSA and Celebs on domestic, what about INTL?
I personally never had 4 people attempting to have a meeting on domestic. Generally, 2 at the most.
BTW, I would give my eye-teeth to be back on that airplane, middle bins and all. Or the A300 and it's peculiar stench.
Perhaps F/A Mikey can give his International viewpoint.
