1. If Utility is contracted out and then allowed to fill ramp vacancies, what senoirity do they bring to the ramp?

2. Now that the judge has abrogated the contracts, are we still forced to pay union dues to those money grubbing bastards?

3. If you were displaced from fulltime to parttime and decide to take the buyout, if you are one of the lucky 250, do you get the fulltime or parttime package?

4. If you take the buyout, do you receive a retirement from the iam?

5. Do we finally go to a Hire Date Seniority?

Where are all of you posters that seem to have an answer for everything?

No answers here.....just more quesitons

1. If F/S and sta is contracted out, do you still get a severance package...or do you just head straight for the unemployement office without even a fond farewell and a thank you?

2. If you are one of the lucky (?) 250, take the buyout and the company goes belly up....do you still get the cash? if so, where does the payoff come from since the company no longer exists? (payments are stretched out)

3. If your sta is contracted out....do you have, as I do, 30+ years....can you "bump" into another station, or are you just on the street?

If anybody has any answers....where is it in black and white? (I know even the printed word means nothing...but it is a little better than being just told so by IAM and/or company)

Once again, does anyone have any idea what seniority the mechanics and utility that decide to come over to the ramp will use? Do they use their current seniority or start at zero?

Once ogain the destructive union is silent the IAM is only happy about what they can collect and not what they can provide

If I understand correctly, the only seniority utility and related bring to fleet service is the number of weeks of vacation they have, spelled out by the negotiated proposal and flying rights determined by their hire date. Eveything else starts at day 1. Hope this helps 😉 Also the vacation is bid as if they had just started.
