sky high states: I wonder where the GLASSWARE will go. First cart has soda's/liquor. The second cart has the meals, trays, cake/pie, rolls, etc. The third cart has a case of water/extra ice. The fourth half cart has extra soda's and the half trash cart.

Sandpit will install trailer hitches on all 320's so that they can hook up a trailer to carry the accessories for their customers. 🙄

Actually those crappy old 737 on the HP side are 737-300's. The 200's are all gone.

OK, having worked the "new" disaster of the 321 I can tell you it's barely enough room for an extra big toe. Where in the hell are they putting the glassware? There was crap packed all over! In overheads and every other crack in crevice. The removal of the forward extra galley makes it a nightmare and reminds me of the 737 from PHL-LAX nonstop. You opened a compartment and crap would fall out everywhere. I had one guy on the red eye yell at me to turn off the lights. Well, with only my reading light on I was not about to sit in the dark. Instead I told him to email USairways. What a sad state of affairs.

There is one of those flimsy partitions like on the butchered A320. They dont go all the way to the ceiling, they stop at the overhead. They are already loose, they shake when people put thier feet on them. You know how the Airbuses already feel like they are going to break? Its worse now, the overhead bins and the partitions shake during takeoff and it feels like something is going to break. Also, the lighting doesn't match, where the gallies and closets were the lights are white, the others are yellow. It just looks terrible and awkward. Like the A320 you kind of have to see it to believe it.

I just flew one fron PHX-CLT...what an embarassment...the company should be ashamed of themselves. It's everything bad that everyone here has posted and then some. I was c so I was at 2R. The seat was shaky and there WILL be a problem with someone getting hurt. It is only a matter of time. There is NO room for F/A bags. I had to take mine to the back and put it behind the last row where who knows who could go through it if they so chose.
I was so happy I wasn't A---there is NO SPACE to even try to plate and serve the meals. I think the worst part was that they had booked it for 24 in F/C and there were only 16 seats. It was like first come first served up front and when F/C was full, they started knocking the CP to the back. The agent in PHX told one CP that he should just be happy to get a seat on the flight.
I know some people don't agree but as far as I'm concerned, our FF truly do help keep this airline afloat. What a crappy way to talk to someone who helps pay my mortgage.
I am dreading the winter here in the East when every one has their heavy coats with them....filling up the overhead space and leaving no room for their bags. The 737 with 4-6 legs a day is now becoming the a/c of choice to fly.... :angry2:

And who is left with the masses to deal with this crap? WE ARE. This management team is nothing short of morons. I don't want to hear any F'n excuses and reasons behind the changes. We are a horrible, horrible operation. I don't know HOW anyone worked for America West if this is how they ran things. You see these configurations and work under these conditions and its shocking, simply SHOCKING. What a bunch of A$$HOLES. The 737 IS starting to be Usairways version of the "Dreamliner". THIS is the talent running our company? WOW! ! ! !

sky high states: A pilot told me that a previous crew was confronted by the FAA already about the trash bags being placed inside the "magazine racks" by 1R. FYI: I keep finding the plastic cups inside the "demo equip" overhead as well. Sheesh! Has catering been updated as to where everything "should" go?????
