NW must continue to put up with poor and deferred maintenance. Their gamble to intimidate their striking mechanics into crossing the line did not pay-off. The mechanics have proven they'd rather take a hike than crawl back to NW. They're skilled and can take care of themselves. They do not need an employer that does not appreciate their expertise. They'll just move on to an employer who does.
NW continue cutting prices in order to attract passengers who don't mind being late or putting up with an emergency landing or two.
I can't believe the Pilots continue to fly in those aircraft. Or that the Flight Attendants don't make up excuses why they can't make it.
Your house of cards is about to collapse and it will soon be apparent that AMT's (real AMT's) are required in order to fly safely around the country. The FAA can only cover for you so long.
Now the co must shrug off their "AMFA Problem" and attempt to close the deal with the Pilots, F/A's, and Ground Workers. Good Luck
