AFA calls for solidarity

And what?

You think if the AFA doesn't make a negotiated claim that the equity you keep spouting off about simply disappears???

Once NWA is outside the protection of the courts, and AFA can exercise their right to strike, NWA will negotiate, and I'm fairly certain that the value of said equity will figure prominantly.
No, the equity claim does not exist until there is a negotiated claim brought to the creditors committee. Without this, the creditors committee will have the option of allowing only a portion of or none of the claim filed by the AFA. If there is no negotiated claim, the AFA claim will likely be disregarded entirely since they weren't willing participants in the process. The AFA can strike, but that won't be until after the creditors committee has already approved all claim amounts and the process is complete. If the FAs don't have a claim negotiated in 30 days, which is when the POR will be voted on, then they will more than likely not have any equity stake when NWA emerges. It's a simple as that.

So now since AFA are not willing participants you feel
they should not get a piece of the pie. Either they
deserve their share as all other employees do or NW is
once again playing by their own rules.

NW sounds like a spoiled child not getting its way.

And once again Y-A-W-N

I'm quite sure the powers that be in AFA have done their part of due diligence, and have a sound estimate on what AFAs portion of the equity should amount to.

When NWA can no longer hide behind the courts and AFA is finally allowed to exercise self help I'm quite sure NWA will be more than ready to settle. INCLUDING a payout in equal value to the afore mentioned equity.

It's a simple as that.

It's getting down to the end. You guys only have about 30 days left to get a negotiated claim. I do hope you realize that everyone is just shaking their heads about how idiotic you guys must be to completely blow off this huge amount of equity you could have. It's quite stunning. Apparently you've adopted the strategy of cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Who's everybody? Are you Bi-polar?
