I don't speak for USAPA's road show planning schedule in any way, nor as any designated spokesman. It may well be considered a total waste of resources to stage a PHX event. I don't know. As for "long on rhetoric, short on facts and clueless"..well..it doesn't take any great "deflection" shot to burn someone so profoundly confused that they can actually assign Prater a pair. Per any "integrity and honor"?..Heck..I've long ago offered an open proper wager to any AWA sort on respective skills/honor/etc...neither you nor any of your fellows show any interest...but you've always got deft typing digits How much "respect" should your continual BS about "honor" and/or "integrity" truly be accorded? :blink:

5) Assume, without any factual basis, that there just cannot be enough money for the new union to survive.
6) Threaten fancifull but magically "devastating" levels of litigation..even including individual idiots threatening personal lawsuits/etc.
7) Drink whole barrels of Koolaide, and repeat 1-7.

If US continues on its current course careening from one crisis to another the Nic Award won't matter as you'll be flying for 3rd world banana republic carriers or maybe just Republic as US will be an ex airline! it ceases to be.

After reviewing the USAPA C&BL's I am confused as to why they would use the term "pre-merger career expectations?" So many have argued that career expectations are nothing more than fantasy. I tend to agree. However if we were to base this off of facts available (SEC documents) then I believe it would be quite easy to demonstrate that the east pilots had far less to look forward to. Our friend Nicolau has much to say on this matter as well. Of course I expect a full 30 lashings for even bringing up this blasphemous idea. But as I said in another post you can't have it both ways. You either include career expectations in your argument or you don't. In addition to the idea of career expectations being wholly subjective I do not believe it would be difficult to demonstrate to a court that the inception of USAPA came about to circumvent an agreed to binding arbitration.
