Any change in representation does not change the CBA, the new union is bound by the RLA and the NMB rules to enforce any cba they inherit.

IE. UA, NW M&R from IAM to AMFA, WN M&R from IBT to AMFA, NW FAs from IBT to PFAA then AFA, all by law had to enforce the existing CBAs until Section 6 Negotiations came due.

BTW 700uw the west just entered section 6 with the company separately from the east, these usapa fools don't even get what that means for them should they win.

AAA was down to about $417mil with a burn rate that would have taken it out in about six weeks.

The only reason any money was ponied up by investors was because of the AWA takeover plan. Absent that plan, no money and no USAir.
