This is where my concern has now drawn focus.

If you implement 40% on a Systemwide basis you can potentially design a Hub to be at least 3/4 PT knocking hundreds down in Status.
On the line you staff 1st AM shift as PT, Mid shift as FT, and 3rd shift back to PT on a gate and moved where needed.
We need to recognize in our mutual contracts what provides the economic incentives for the Company to want to staff PT Numbers over FT and mitigate those motivations.
