Oh no no no. Being who you are and holding the position you hold I would like to know what your position is on that issue of the possibility with language like that being inserted ALL of MIA could be made Part Time. It’s not an impossibility.

Your opinions carry much weight among some people and they expect to hear from you rather than you remaining in the shadows hiding again behind a Politically prudent maneuver.

Our concern with being overridden by PT stems from other language, like the OT, which has been used to limit PT in MIA.

I'm sure the Executive Committee would look to lower that number, if they could.

If some of the trap doors that have been mentioned here and through that Local 513 release today are not mitigated, I don’t believe the Association will chose to release anything prior to triggering Section 6 talks.

And any offers also have to be accepted by all workgroups to move forward.

Nah that will never happen. We got hoodwinked with that lie twice already. Both have to approve for the Associaiton to accept both is fake news. Fleet approved, MX rejected, and the IAM waived off the former plan that both needed to approve. There is no obligation either, they just say that and that's why your handlers told you to toss it out there. Not that any of this matters until after April 2019. No TA before then.
And I can keep getting rerun after rerun as well year after year if the IAM can't get the vote right. That could preserve LUS health care for a while longer. Not sure what Sito will have to give Gary and Alex to continue their beta role until then.

It’s ok Brother. You see unlike you I have the confidence to admit when I’m wrong about things. I’m not insecure to need people to view me as perfect or some type of Spock like character.

And it’s absolutely ok your need to gloat that I was wrong. If it’s what you need to make yourself feel better be my guest. But it still won’t stop me from giving opinions. Some will be right and some will be wrong. So what.

Maybe they will accept garbage from the Company with no recommendation? Maybe you will be able to gloat about that too?

Tim I never thought I would say this but now that I know the FULL details of what the Company wants I have to say Thank You VERY MUCH for putting the cuffs on Sito that he can’t accept till April 2019.

That gives the underground resistance time to regroup and regain strength. I never thought I would join them but this time I plan on being one of their Leaders. NYer and his friend use to call them the “Hate Posse” or the “Vote No Coalition”

Well if we’re going to engage in psychological profiles here we can always talk about your own need to state “absolutes” and to be insulting to posters on here that absolutely are just as intelligent as you but that bothers you to the point of engaging in condescending behavior any time your writings are questioned.

You aren’t someone who engages often in “opinions” although you have softened recently but mostly you state “absolutes” that you can never provide proof for.
