I am glad that Weez appears to be safe...

"The crash happened shortly after 8:15 a.m. as the van was being driven by an airline employee — a man in his 50s — who was taken to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, said Miami-Dade Police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta.

At the scene, the man “appeared to be in stable condition,” Zabaleta said."

Although stability was never his strong suit and most important his Mustang is still all good.

Edit: I realized after the post, the photo within the link fairly represents the current state of negotiations...

Probably NYer trying to get away fro the Weez

If it started as a Democratic bill to protect workers then hijacked by corporate lobbies why did the Democrats vote for it in the House and Senate?

Vote for what? The Corporate BK revisions or the bill itself? Outside of the loophole pratice, the PBGC was to protect pensions. It wasn't until the Lobbyist and GOP practitioners pressed for relaxed BK regulations, that it was exploited!

It's about average.

$17,000 the last number of years for the Prez and now suddenly the Rocket Ship blasts off to $31,000. Lucy gonna has some esplaining to do. (Not that the Members really care about the truth anyway)

Should have gone to the two Membership Meetings where all the stipend adjustments were explained. Stay informed.

What would have the Weez's salary had he won the election a couple of years back

EBoard at that was about $6,500, but the positions other than Local Presidents still have the ability to work extra hours and OT. The Local President in large stations are on a union leave and only get their base plus a stipend. Some of the smaller stations still allow the Presidents to work on the Field.

Two of the Officers he ran with spent a large amount of their time at the Local and created a large extra expense. The current Admin was able to cut that expense and the savings were used to update the stipends of all the representatives within the organization.

Since the average voter doesn’t care to pay any attention to the truth it’s not going to matter.

All they look at is what’s written on those campaign flyers (BTW payback is a beach)

Threats. Nice.

There's a clue why you can't even get access to your Local's FB page.

I think the only place my Local President went on leave the last 2 years was down to Denny’s to eat lots of those Big Breakfasts.

Unless of course he counts his Facebook time as OT?

BTW buddy New Year, New Election, New People are going to be running. I love the word “update” the Stipends though. LMFAO. You mean you voted yourselves a BIG FAT raise.
