I got a call for considerations. But most likely ill do the video since the considerations is simply inadequate.

The company offered ALL scope at all 40 stations

August 24

“Your committee was initially pleased when the Company’s Chief Negotiator offered to include protection for all of the fleet work currently performed at the 40 fleet service stations.

When the Association committee began to engage the offer, the Company negotiators abruptly reversed course, denied the offer they made and insisted that health care and wages be agreed to before they would agree to any further scope discussions.”

Again no mention of the IAMPF. (A made up Fairy tale)

s the iampf settled? Nope. Oh yea they will volunteer that info right? lol

btw, the Fly said that the company NEVER denied they made the offer but rather Sito wanted the scope issue separate from the pension. The company has consistently made all remaining issues as 1.

The only flipping was Sito who flipped 6 months ago on a iam pension choice. He is insisting that the company had to give him all the 9% money in the iamnpf otherwise he will never sign a jcba.
So says fly.

I recall the Company stating in one of their videos that they couldn’t allow information that wasn’t accurate on their proposals to be left unchecked.

Ok so if the Association is telling a “whopper” where is the counter from the Company? (Crickets)

Oh no “Mr” Nelson I’m sure our retirement contributions business hasn’t concluded with the Company yet.

That will also be part of the Wages, Medical and Retirement Financial overall conversation.

(The “BOSSES” still be’s busy wit all dat)

That's if you take them for their word you think the company made an offer and denied they made it?

Sorry but IAM Brother Pantoja is not currently the Association Chairperson and although he is respected by his TWU counterparts currently that role sits in the hands of TWU Brother Alex Garcia.

Now what options are being discussed regarding continuation of the IAMPF or a replacement contribution to a 401k deposit I’m sure are still ongoing with the Company, your take it or leave it FANTASY would only be believed by gullible fools.

BTW how many weeks has it been since you claimed you were going to provide proof of the things you’ve said? (Tick Tock)

I think the Company Negotiators made the offer as a “what if we offered” but then made even that conversation contingent on shoring up all the other financial aspects firsthand.

And I’m sure Al that the two parties never even reached the discussions on what fine print was to be attached to any possible deal?

I’ve already read in every contract that has been written since the merger was wet inked that this Management team absolutely psychotically adores that fine print at the bottom of the pages. It’s what they live and breath for.

the only fantasy is you saying that the company never offered, but the union bosses finally admitted what i posted. But, for a moment, lets say you are correct. What is the exit plan? Most refuse to attack the company as Gary Peterson commanded. The company will just keep saying no and could give less.

So the only thing left to do for 3-5 years is conspiracy theories by peterzon.

the weez is great people, but he flipped over to the iam loyalty when Lehive baited him on the FLL gig. $$$ changes things. Unfortunately he is now sabatoging talks for his twu members who are losing millions as weez, 700, and sito pollyannas lock down negotiations due to the pension. Weez did pimp me for a pic though and i didnt have a problem with it provided he gets the iam to picket with twu next time.

Well Weez that sounds like negotiations 101 to me,the fact that our association was astounded, suprised and bewildered by this tactic scares me frankly.Tim is right we should have pros bargaining for US too.Maybe let Tim sit in on one of the sessions.
