Unfortunately he is now sabatoging talks for his twu members who are losing millions as weez, 700, and sito pollyannas lock down negotiations due to the pension. few would take the pension over a 8% or 9% 401k. There will be a small % though that would prolly take it. The pension could get cut again as soon as december. There are attorneys standing by ready to sue the iam pension trustees if they breach their duties and dont address the plan by Jan 1st.

2. Wait a few years, and see what happens.

Zero leverage since they gave cross utilization.

The company reallt doesnt mind keeping you under your bankrupt contract.

they wont be able to stall forever. The company has a gun to the union head thus its unlikely that the union files section 6 unless they just dumb. Big risk in section 6 unless the union concedes to mediated talks for 6 months. How much money are we losing over weezles insanity?
