Did AA management get raises in 2011? Did management get raises in 2010? I don't know.

Besides, whether Arpey makes $1 million, $10 million or $50 million has nothing to do with increasing the pay of AA's AMTs.

There's the class warfare attitude right there ladies and gentlemen....

It would be ok for Arpey to make $50 million...divide $50 million by, say 9500 Title 1 people and it comes out to $5263 per person...
......................................................$10 million...divide $10 million by, say 9500 Title 1 people and it comes out to $1052 per person..
......................................................$1 million...divide $1 million by, say 9500 Title 1 people and it comes out to $105 per person....


Yep, what Arpey makes has nothing to do with inxcreasing the pay of AMTs.
