According to the TWU proposal...........what we're asking for.

$30.88. Base
$2.55 line pre
$6.00 lic
$2.00 c/c
$1.50 ngts
$2.00 base premium

I got this from the TWU negotiation site.........article 4, please correct if I misunderstood the proposal.

Dont know if this is true or not??? lets hope not!!!! it would be yet another slap in the face!!!!!

wow the twu actually put something else besides article 12

<_< ------ Strikeforce, read my lips!------ The TWU ain't gana bring back a T/A with "retro"!!! It's that simple!!! Get used to it! Or get reed of the TWU!!!

Ha, There Better not be ANY TA without Retro! and a nice raise with it.......

Asking is one thing bringing it back for a vote is another (if they bring anything back close to that I'll kiss your tushy)
Its got to be at least that and retro to 2008 to even think about it !!!!

I'm looking at $39.83 for day shifting it at the rock with more than 20 years on longevity.

I see that plus I see approx, based on 2020 hours, retro for 2009 of $5312.00 and retro for 2010 of approx $4141.00. 1 week of vacation back, 11 holidays at double time and 1/2. Double time after 12 hours. 8 hours of sick each month earned, and a raise of almost 10K a year. That would be a slam dunk., if I'm correct.

sir you forgot retro back to 2003 @ approx 4k per year = 32k. Now add in 40 holidays lost since 2003=approx 10K. Now add 8 vacation days lost since 2003=2k. I'm looking at 44k in retro for a YES vote. That's just retro. Let's negotiate pay....at least $32 base + $7 Lic. + $3 Nights + $2 Line + $1 Taxi per a/c + $1 LMP + 11 Holidays @ 2.5 + 10 Sick days (full pay) + Reduced Medical Contributions + 2x OT & Field Trips after 12. This is the minimum for a YES vote! anything less....TWU and AA can go pound sand together.

You gotta let that go. We will never and our so called union would never fight or make a stand for that. Retro back to 2003 will never happen. You go ahead and spend the rest of your career being miserable and angry and you'll be that way in life to. There are more important things in life than this job. At some point we need to just move on. Of course the company would never take this last offer anyway and the TWU will fold in a second. The only option is when the company turns this down we go 30 days and we shut the company down.

I'm far from being miserable and angry, but i'll never forget the raping. What this company, and union stole from me was my kids college education. This I will never forget or forgive. As far as shutting the company down, I was ready in 2003. Just say the word and I'm there. Just a side note....when AMFA went out against NWA me and a couple of other guys walked the line with AMFA.....and you know what....not one MF'er supported their cause....cars passed by and honked their horns, and gave us the "bird". That's how much support AMFA got. I still remember the MD for ORD riding by and doing a double take....probably couldn't believe we were supporting AMFA.
