I think P&K will take this experience and unmerge another airline if the APA does not take note of the USAPA failure in respresentation.

It seems lately the West Class has been afraid to ask direct questions at the Crew News sessions, for fear of direct answers. All that time dancing around the subject, finally even Kirby got tired of Gay’s rambling. Thus a simple "no."

I also heard rumor of an individual pilot trying to get the Company to implement the 190 flying awarded to the West Class in a previous abritration (it was only to be collected after an actual pilot merger.) The answer was once again "no." But that was just a rumor. Anyone want to respond?

US Airways does NOT consider us merged. They are still administering duel contracts with no collective bid, and are not implementing any of the awarded 75 or 190 flying. That is fact. You can be sure Silver will be made aware.

So it is USAPA and US Airways that agree, no ripeness. Based on what I read here the UCC, APA, and AMR are going to bust into Silver's courtroom Chuck Norris style with the poor freed West Class POW’s in tow. Dirty, beaten, and weary, they were forced to vote for the MOU under the duress of comrade Harper. And then all of them yell "ripe!" Fade to credits.

Or maybe not.

Shooting ITT News videos in HD just goes to prove the adage that one (in this case two) cannot indeed polish a turd. If the video resolution were lowered to be on par with the writing and acting I think they might actually be watchable.
