I imagine the worsties are real excited about this. With the "Nic being it," this should provide them with a lot of movement. Can't wait to watch them take advantage of these upgrades.

AMR and the UCC now want to be there.

Um...obviously you have not heard....the APA gave away 330 pay in the MOU, for the east pilots 330 pays LOA93 wages.
I really don't know and have to ask...which pays more the 757 MOU pay retro, or the LOA93 330?
Call your usapa rep....and ask.
They forgot to mention the smack down the APA gave them a couple months back, kinda like they are withdrawing their dismissed complaint, or winning that RICO suit, uscaba is either totally clueless or just pretending to be.
BTW...."PAIN of an unquestionably ripe DFR"...and "on dangerous ground"...are warnings, not a green light to scab your co-workers job. Just thought I would mention it because uscaba has failed to mention those phrases also.

These thieving POS have never even acknowledged that DAL/NWA went via ratios. Just like the Nic. Now these scumbags have illegally raided the general fund to pay for what is a 100% loser PIC case. What a surprise, certain East Pilots arbitrarily change the agreed upon rules. A change that would only benefit them at the express disadvantage of those that get to pay for this goose chase. I truly hope the legal problems for these scabs continue to the day they die.

It is unfortunate that but for the West's all or nothing approach fueled by Nico's lottery abomination, all pilots could have been benefitting from many improvements for years, and especially also from the perm bids.
Just picture all the "Black Top Pest" singers being captains, and it is immediately apparent that Nic was just the first one to F.. up.
