From Law360:

And though USAPA filed a motion to change the venue of the underlying action from Arizona to New York, Judge Lane noted that because the dispute in New York does not directly involve AMR or a creditor, he is uncertain that he has jurisdiction over the matter right now.

He did say that if the Arizona litigation either does not resolve itself or results in an outcome that affects the merger, he would be willing to address the case at that time.

An AMR attorney agreed, telling the judge that there is “absolutely no reason why this case should be on your docket.”

...of course USTUPID doesn't recognize it, but this pushes the ripeness issue off the table for good. Get that LUP ready.

Why piss off the FBI and Secret Service with regard to polygraphs? Why does a west pilot get so vocal on anti polygraph websites? Is this lawyer/pilot part of the Leonidas brain trust?

That guy is the "Tokyo rose" of AwFOL. I'm surprised he/she is still around. "It" hasn't got anything right since "it" started a blog. I think it's one of "Sivermans" buddys, or even the great CM, he who shall not be named. Damaged goods.
It's JJ, our old Move2clt, he was much more fun the old way.

Yea, what's up being afraid of a polygraph? unless you have something to hide.

Like the guy that does not work here or even a pilot. Yet spends all his time on a web board.

What is your purpose here?

Where do you work?
Who cares, he's funny and crucifies your group all the time, we love him.

Why piss off the FBI and Secret Service with regard to polygraphs? Why did you then get so vocal on anti polygraph websites?
WTF are you talking about you psycho? As per usual, you're 100% wrong....about exactly what is unclear...it only makes sense in your shriveled little scab brain.

Please counselor, the anger will make the needle act up again. We wouldn't want that.

Me thinks thou dost protest a wee bit too much. Care to explain your side of the story?

You're a reasonable guy it seems...I disagree with nearly everything you post here but something tells me you know Claxon is a nut job. Loony Tunes, wacko. You get the idea. I have no side of any story he's mentally masturbating to. The FBI and CIA?

Interesting. It's hard to fathom how ignorant some east pilots are. They truly are clueless.

We were lied to about LOA93, snapbacks, 3%, DoH, and PIC. There's nothing that says Nicolau won't be the list and I think we're being lied to about LUPs and it not being a factor. Yesterday's message about the proceedings was a blatant attempt to spin a losing situation for USAPA and it was truly pathetic trying to slip the word "enjoin" into the message in an attempt to feign success.

When I talk to him he doesn't seem angry at all. Have you actually ever talked to him?

dca19 is clueless. End_of_alpa is, at most, very frustrated with the path USAPA has taken. He is entitled to that opinion. But otherwise, he's just fine. Wish I had half his energy and drive to get things done. His "disenfranchisement" from USAPA is really USAPA's loss...and, in the long run, the pilots' loss.

My advice to you is to ignore your lame duck impotent union regarding their interpretation of court proceedings. Ripeness is over. Today was a disaster for your fake union but in true style, they don't know it. They will. Just like they failed to see the MOU for what it was...a trap. This is the end game. Better refill your lithium and keep the CIRP number handy. The heat is coming down on two fronts, either one staples the nic to your forehead.

You are truly delusional. But, it's fun to watch!

I hope for your sake that whatever it is you're one, it's one that doesn't show up on the random drug screens. It's obviously quite powerful, though. Be careful.

just more BS from the usapa supporters.

They ran to the FBI,TSA, CIA anyone they could think of with false charges of ID theft. That went nowhere.

The union that cried wolf. No one listens anymore.
