He's not regarded to highly over here. Miserable family life and disenfranchised from a union he helped found makes him am angry individual.

When I talk to him he doesn't seem angry at all. Have you actually ever talked to him?

Let's go to PHX and then to SFO... let's drag this BS out as long as we possibly can. Keep bleeding the AOL dry and enjoying those upgrades... Winning

Winning huh? If you say so.

Another USTUPID failure. Too bad you're going to have to fight on your enemies home turf. Only in USAPAIA is a dismissed case a victory. Glad they're feeling "confident" about the PHX proceedings. Last time they were"Supremely" confident and were eviscerated by a Jury in less than 90 minutes.

This is increasingly becoming Parker's problem. Wonder if he can find a spine in time to avoid the damage.

Move2CLT = DCA319 + Snapthis + Monkee . All the same poster. Ever wonder how move got so many positive votes?

True that. Metroyet is an American pilot former AWA pilot trying to scam the best personal deal he can.
Want some fun reading just to bring you into the mindset of these jack wagons? Read ResJudicatas saga on Google. His polygraph story is unbelievable.

For my friend luvthe9:

APA Update: (Equity Distribution - APA Board of Directors-Approved
Eligibility and Allocation): April 3, 2013

As you know, APA secured a significant equity interest in the new American Airlines as part of our new collective bargaining agreement.

This equity interest provides partial compensation for forward-looking contractual damages—specifically, the difference in monetary value between the old Green Book before abrogation under Section 1113(c) and our new contract.

APA Q&A’s: April 2, 2013

As APA continues receiving questions regarding contract implementation-related issues, the American Airlines-US Airways merger, monetization and distribution of the equity stake and other timely topics, our subject-matter experts (SMEs) will continue providing answers. Here are the latest questions your APA leadership has received, along with answers from the appropriate SME.

Q: How will the McCaskill-Bond language regarding the integration of seniority lists in a “fair and equitable manner” apply to the upcoming seniority integration?

A: The McCaskill-Bond statute requires that the combined carrier provide for a fair and equitable seniority list integration. This integrated list can be voluntarily negotiated by representatives of the respective pilot committees and then presented to management, or, in the event that a negotiated settlement is not reached or that some issues are agreed upon, the remaining open issues will be resolved through final and binding arbitration. The statute does not define what constitutes “fair and equitable.” The case law developed in this area of the law universally acknowledges that “no single way could be devised that would meet all situations.” Whatever the method used, whether it be using fences, considering a pilot’s date of hire at his or her carrier, or a ratio integration, it is understood that some employees may gain and some may lose.

Come on Horner. Marty just screwed you, again. The UCC just kicked you out of the bankruptcy with your little scam in tatters.

My advice to you is to ignore your lame duck impotent union regarding their interpretation of court proceedings. Ripeness is over. Today was a disaster for your fake union but in true style, they don't know it. They will. Just like they failed to see the MOU for what it was...a trap. This is the end game. Better refill your lithium and keep the CIRP number handy. The heat is coming down on two fronts, either one staples the nic to your forehead.

Come on Kevin. They lose on their home turf, away turf , wherever.

Southwest Airlines told Air Tran and ALPA about their thoughts about the McCaskill-Bond language. Air Tran, your ALPA dues at work. (Sarcasm)

You are a founding father of USAPA, You expected this immature ability to lose the lottery ticket of six years ago. I envy you.

Such anger Kevin. Not good for you. Not at all. You sound like the boy running North Korea.
Are you taking Lithium?
