Work place harassment, age and gender harassment. This has been brought to your attention. Please stop.
Good thing you don't work here so you don't have to worry about it.

Btw the way. It is you that keeps bringing it up. Stop posting videos.

Tell capnaux this, I think it is too late though. Well I happen to know this is too late.

Victory in NY?

Late this afternoon USAPA issued an update to the membership claiming victory before Judge Lane in their case against Leonidas, LLC.

From what we understand this is not correct (we know another big surprise). Our onsite reporters indicate that Judge Lane will be dismissing USAPA's lawsuit.

If this is correct, USAPA did not win anything in court today other than a general consensus that no party to the bankruptcy or future merger has any interest in delaying the transaction.

As we approach the five year anniversary of this so called union, we must all rejoice that the days of USAPA are truly numbered.

One quick question...WHO IS THIS IDIOT? Is he a west pilot? Even if some of his information is correct, why does he make a spectacle of himself?

When I talk to him he doesn't seem angry at all. Have you actually ever talked to him?
He doesn't "talk" to people, he just goes on fishing expeditions just to get a rise. I believe he is one of the AwFOL and just doesn't admit it. Talk about angry. Hiding behind a suedo-name is part of his/her life. Let the coward have it.

That guy is the "Tokyo rose" of AwFOL. I'm surprised he/she is still around. "It" hasn't got anything right since "it" started a blog. I think it's one of "Sivermans" buddys, or even the great CM, he who shall not be named. Damaged goods.

You can read all about the western division Sully. Google Cap'n Aux. his story on seniority is fascinating in his blog. He and his company saved more souls than Jesus. That is he saved the jobs of east pilots. Now he can take their seniority. The entire blog is a nauseating narcissistic orgy of how some average pilot thinks he is special.

Like the guy that does not work here or even a pilot. Yet spends all his time on a web board.

What is your purpose here?

Where do you work?

From Law360:

And though USAPA filed a motion to change the venue of the underlying action from Arizona to New York, Judge Lane noted that because the dispute in New York does not directly involve AMR or a creditor, he is uncertain that he has jurisdiction over the matter right now.

He did say that if the Arizona litigation either does not resolve itself or results in an outcome that affects the merger, he would be willing to address the case at that time.

An AMR attorney agreed, telling the judge that there is “absolutely no reason why this case should be on your docket.”

...of course USTUPID doesn't recognize it, but this pushes the ripeness issue off the table for good. Get that LUP ready.

I don't see any inaccuracies. What does that USAPA-founding mind of yours not agree with?
